Meet Noah D’castellano

We recently connected with Noah D’castellano and have shared our conversation below.

Noah , thanks for taking the time to share your lessons with our community today. So, let’s jump right in – one of the most essential skills for unlocking our potential is self-discipline. Where does your self-discipline come from?

My decisions and discipline are based on my mood and listening to my instinct – Whether in work, family or relationships, before making a decision I first talk to myself, I ask myself if it’s right to do that – Then I ask opinions from family members or very close friend, I also have a mentor who helps me in many aspects, and above all., As valuation of who I am, feeling that I love myself and what I do as well, to be able to give the same to my fellow man.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

Art gives me peace, I consider myself a very authentic fellow – Upon what comes about creating art, getting involved in a fashion events, filming projects and theatrical performances. So I’ve dedicated myself to acting training, since I was 12 years old, and to modeling since I was 13. My academic studies is based on countries such as Mexico, Italy, Honduras, Colombia, Guatemala, including the United States, I’d learned a little bit about each of them – From culture to recognizing the talent of other people in the same field in which I teamed up, and I have many that represent me.

Although I have spent part of my life dedicated to acting, I continue to learn much more, since the world of TV-Films business, cameras, shows and partner-brands collaborations all this is very extensive – Every day there are new and even better strategies to capture the attention of viewers, taking into account that more than 75% of the world population already has the access to use telephones or television.

I feel that this year has been full of blessings, and I want to fully dedicate myself to acting from now on, and leave the creation of content on social media and collaborations as a second base, which is why modeling will be more of a matter of invitation or setting a trend in fashion.

Meaning that, until 2 years ago, is when I started to get involved in collaborations, presenting fashion shows, modeling, and making partnership with brands, and I was invited to my first NYFW in 2022 – Many times we have the opportunity to carry out a project, that’s what happened in my case, but I didn’t feel prepared to getting it. Another thing are the auditions, because to me competition can be described as – “Something you’re afraid to acknowledge, but that will focus you more on knowing what field of work you belong in.” And I know that there are even more talented people, that’s why I decided to prepare myself much better, that at this moment I’m more open to participate in any project, as long as they agree and can take into account the ideas, feelings, and characters of their cast, letting’em be themselves, because that way we can give it all.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

My ability to create and recreate something comes from my knowledge, everything I’ve learned, and how do we learn? By dedicating time, and until now I’m still learning new things, because I follow my instinct, I do what I’m passionate about, I turn a blind eye and deaf to comments and unpopular opinions. But “It’s also good to reflect and change certain things if you know that they can do you better”, this thing belong from positive and also negative comments as well, because although it’s difficult to understand it, but “not everything’s bad”, as long as something is going to give you a lesson, or benefits.

What was the most impactful thing your parents did for you?

The worthy power to make my own decisions about what I was going to study and dedicate myself. Since my parents instilled in me that studying was necessary – Going to school, university and other study methods to forge your memory and undertake your own path when you come of age., Although these did not benefit me the good sense of having a fantastic and wonderful future just because of the fact that “Of course I went to university” that would not guarantee me a good future – But it would be a path from which I could benefit and be able to survive – Meaningful my parents valuated my opinion and the right to choose and a stable economy to be able to study as well.
