Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Norman with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?
The struggle The environment I grew up in .. I never ever want to live like that again … so all I know is to Hustle

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
I’m a struggling mc just trying to make it like everyone else .. I also have a podcast called flyhorses radio and food truck named tito’s trap Buger … I love performing and I also love feeding people ..

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Listen to people take constructive criticism …if would of just listen I would of had a band a long time ago .. Also if you love what you are doing keep going & never ever stop !

How would you spend the next decade if you somehow knew that it was your last?
Being a mc that is in his own lane it’s hard to get booked .. I don’t necessarily fit in with rap these days n yes I’m in a band but we ain’t punk either we are us .. different n being different now of days is weird lol …but we going to keep rocking
