We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Occolt Station a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
OCCOLT , we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?
Before we started our documentary enterprise, we were heavily invested in our financial portfolios. We didn’t know if we’d ever succeed, but after dedicating our time to Roaring Kitty’s Gamestop advice.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
At OCCOLT STATION, we are not mere filmmakers — we’re advanced documentary filmmakers of the Miami culture. We consider it a high art form, a voyeuristic ballet of sweat and excess. What sets us apart, you ask? It’s the alchemy of our ingredients. We say it’s the quality of the ingredients that make the gyro. So the film’s themes are like the greasy fats, and the editing is like the greasy bread. It’s like when you stare too long and your eyes get w
Currently, we’re channeling our creative energies into a groundbreaking opus: “Conspiracy or Truth? The Man Eating Rats of the Everglades”. In order to self fund our next film, we are developing our very own crypto coin “$Chupa”. One $Chupa will soon be worth 10 times the price of a Bitcoin, so we urge our fans invest soon.
We’re also thrilled to announce our latest venture: the OCCOLT STATION Immersive Rat Experience, a pop-up event where attendees can wear VR headsets, crawl through simulated tunnels and trash, to feel spiritually like a rat. It’s art meets therapy. We have reached out to Ron Desantis’s office to implement this in government offices throughout the state of Florida.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
There is no advice we can give. Just DO IT. Get over your personal problems, get over that conversation you had with your father when you were just a boy. Here’s our advice to newcomers:
1) Communication is key
2) Speak clearly, never repeat yourself
3) If it itches for 3 days, find a nurse
4) Repeat number 2

Who has been most helpful in helping you overcome challenges or build and develop the essential skills, qualities or knowledge you needed to be successful?
As of recent, Mel Gibson has been a lighthouse to the OCCOLT STATION ship. We ran into him in Guatemala some years back while we were filming “Conspiracy or Truth? The Man Eating Rats of Quetzaltenango”. He accompanied us to watch the production one day and he imparted his wisdom to us; “I don’t care if I don’t act anymore” – Mel Gibson.
We love you Mel, thank you.
