We were lucky to catch up with Olga Schmidt recently and have shared our conversation below.
Olga, so many exciting things to discuss, we can’t wait. Thanks for joining us and we appreciate you sharing your wisdom with our readers. So, maybe we can start by discussing optimism and where your optimism comes from?
The wellspring of my optimism originates from the conviction that we can build an ideal world. As I observe the current state of affairs, it becomes evident that a vast majority of people are actively seeking solutions to the worldwide crisis we confront. Our global economy is marked by instability, environmental pollution persists, the climate remains turbulent, and societal harmony eludes us due to the prevailing circumstances of humanity. Yet, there exists a solution at present – the prospect of constructing a world where the needs of all individuals are met. Envision a world without constraints on travel, offering free access to top-notch healthcare and education, universal basic income of $10,000 per month for each individual. Above all, this society promises peace and security, a world where human life is of the highest value. This transformative vision is encapsulated within the framework of the Creative Society. It’s essential to recognize that the means to a brighter future lies within the grasp of each individual today. A unified endeavor is imperative, as only united can we embark on an evolutionary leap to build the Creative Society. Each person today can inform about the Creative Society so that we can transform into it faster. Every morning, I am motivated by this opportunity, and I maintain an ongoing sense of optimism.

I proudly serve as the President of the Creative Society USA nonprofit organization. My deep passion lies in raising awareness about the incredible benefits that the Creative Society offers. The Creative Society represents the very world that most people envision in their dreams – a place of safety, beauty, and harmony. Remarkably, the opportunity to transition peacefully into this extraordinary society exists today. The only hindrance is that a significant portion of the population remains unaware of this societal model.
One of the most exciting aspects of the Creative Society is its capacity to provide a solution to the pressing global climate crisis. In recent months, a pivotal international forum “Global Crisis. There is a way out” unfolded on the Creative Society platform, showcasing an extensive study of climate research alongside its corresponding solution. Keep an eye out for upcoming events and let’s inform together as we strive to make the Creative Society a reality for all.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Reflecting on my journey, three qualities, skills, and areas of knowledge stand out as particularly impactful:
Passion: A deep-seated passion for the ideals of the Creative Society has been my driving force. This fervor has empowered me to advocate tirelessly for its benefits, allowing me to effectively communicate its potential to a wider audience. My advice to those at the beginning of their journey is to identify what truly ignites their passion and channel it into their endeavors.
Communication: Effective communication has been instrumental in conveying the vision of the Creative Society. The ability to explain complex concepts in a relatable manner has been pivotal in raising awareness. To those embarking on their journey, I recommend honing your communication skills – be it through writing, speaking, or other forms of expression. Clear and concise communication helps bridge gaps and connects people to your mission.
Continuous Learning and Research: The knowledge I’ve gained through continuous learning and in-depth research has been pivotal. For those starting out, I encourage a thirst for knowledge and a commitment to ongoing learning. Staying well-informed not only enhances your credibility but also equips you to adapt to changing circumstances and challenges.
What is the number one obstacle or challenge you are currently facing and what are you doing to try to resolve or overcome this challenge?
At this juncture, I am confronted by two significant challenges. Firstly, there is a prevailing lack of awareness regarding the Creative Society and its immense potential. Despite the profound vision it embodies and the solutions it offers, a substantial portion of the global population remains unaware of this innovative societal model. The objective is to break down the walls of division and inform individuals about the remarkable benefits, ideals, and solutions of the Creative Society. By consistently sharing information, I aspire to kindle curiosity, foster comprehension, and evoke genuine interest in this life saving concept.
Secondly, I recognize the pervasive challenge of individuals not believing in themselves. This self-doubt can impede progress and deter people from embracing change. To address this, I’m dedicated to empowering individuals with the knowledge that they possess the potential to shape their reality and contribute to the realization of the Creative Society. Overcoming these dual challenges is paramount to ushering in a world defined by harmony, progress, and the better future that the Creative Society will provide.
