Meet Omari and Chelbie Hunt

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Omari and Chelbie Hunt a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Omari and Chelbie , appreciate you making time for us and sharing your wisdom with the community. So many of us go through similar pain points throughout our journeys and so hearing about how others overcame obstacles can be helpful. One of those struggles is keeping creativity alive despite all the stresses, challenges and problems we might be dealing with. How do you keep your creativity alive?
When it comes to creativity we both have our individual struggles when it come to keeping creativity alive . We had times in the past where we have had creative blocks. In those time we both did things to cater to our inner child . There are several ways we cater to our inner child but the most effective way was being being able to feed our inner child by embracing the youthfulness. Since doing so we’ve been able to overcome the blocks which ultimately kept our creative sparks alive .

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
Nixie Nikki Magical Creations is a small metaphysical online business. We have everything from spiritual handcrafted jewelry, candles , bath and body products, to our tarot readings and mentorship programs . We both specialize in handcrafted jewelry, bath, and body products. I (Chelbie) specialize in intuitive readings (tarot readings) and our mentorship programs. Our goal is to heal the world one person at a time . We’re excited about the direction Nixie Nikki has displayed since our last interview with you all last year . Since then we have launched our third round of spiritual mentorship with the latest class of 6 women all here located in Memphis and our newest service to Nixie Nikki is our home blessing services.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Our determination, eagerness, and willingness to learn. Having those three things has gotten us to this point thus far . Our advice to anyone who is early in their journey is do not give up, continue to push towards your destiny , cut off all the distractions to be able to strengthen your abilities, and always take care of yourself.
