Meet Oneil Brown

We were lucky to catch up with Oneil Brown recently and have shared our conversation below.

Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Oneil with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?

My strong work ethic comes from my mother. Growing up, I was always impressed by her commitment to her job. She was consistently punctual and dedicated, a fact that was recognized with numerous awards for her hard work. Seeing her passion and dedication firsthand showed me the importance of being reliable and giving my all, and I’ve carried those traits with me throughout my own career.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

As a herbalist, my mission is to help people improve their health and wellness with natural herbal remedies. What I find most special about my work is seeing the positive changes in people’s lives when they make proactive health decisions. It’s truly rewarding to be a part of their journey toward good health.

For those in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area, I host speaking engagements approximately every other month. It’s a great opportunity to connect, learn more about herbal remedies, and ask questions. You can stay updated on my upcoming events by following my Facebook page.

One product that has been particularly successful is my Comfrey Salve. It’s specially formulated to help relieve muscle aches and pains, and it’s also been effective for people dealing with arthritis and other discomfort.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Looking back on my journey, the three qualities that have been most impactful are determination, commitment, and resilience. Without these, I wouldn’t have been able to navigate the challenges that come with building a business.

My advice to anyone just starting out is to first and foremost understand the purpose behind what you’re doing. When you face setbacks, and you will, your purpose is what keeps you grounded. For me, the vision of helping people with their health far outweighs the desire for quick business growth. That core belief keeps me enthusiastic and driven, even when the results aren’t ideal.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?

I’m always open to collaborating with other businesses and individuals who share my vision for helping others through health and wellness. If you’re a fellow professional passionate about a similar mission, I’d love to connect with you. Please feel free to reach out to me through my social media channels or contact page to discuss a potential partnership.
