Meet Oscar Roberts

We recently connected with Oscar Roberts and have shared our conversation below.

Oscar , so good to have you with us today. We’ve got so much planned, so let’s jump right into it. We live in such a diverse world, and in many ways the world is getting better and more understanding but it’s far from perfect. There are so many times where folks find themselves in rooms or situations where they are the only ones that look like them – that might mean being the only woman of color in the room or the only person who grew up in a certain environment etc. Can you talk to us about how you’ve managed to thrive even in situations where you were the only one in the room?

I’m used to being the only one in the room in my mental capacity and skill set. It’s deeper than race and gender. I’ve had to really rise above adversity and challenges that have allowed me to turn into a true mogul & leader because I’ve been in many positions where I had to follow and adjust myself to fit into an ongoing business or movement. Now I also see why many people become very successful at my age due to trial & error.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

First off thank you for this opportunity. I have an auto biography that is out titled “plethora” by oscar roberts I’ll put the link at the end of my message. I wrote this book for therapy when I was in a very dark & sad place in life & it helped me get back to my essence. I’m a salesman, a writer, a philanthropist & my biggest best trait is I’m a master facilitator. I can literally get to anyone my heart desires to be around. Which has been great for my amazing artist @aspectzavi_ he has a new single “Need Me” that’s available everywhere music is played & he is a very very amazing human being and artist. I’m also partnered with my lovely wife Stella Roberts & my two partners Yosef & Julius with our Vegan Snack brand CestLave.com (Snack for life). These endeavors keep me pretty busy & help me to focus & continue to build my personal brand & movement. Check out Ofoesho.com for more info and check out my book as well. https://www.amazon.com/Plethora-Never-Ending-Oscar-Ofoesho-Roberts/dp/1963254082/ref=sr_1_1?crid=23DFQ9KVPPYJH&keywords=Plethora+oscar+roberts&qid=1706806302&s=books&sprefix=plethora+oscar+robert%2Cstripbooks-intl-ship%2C312&sr=1-1

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

My three best skills are my people skills my emotional intelligence and my authenticity. These areas have helped me maintain some of the biggest friendships of my life time & these skills have also brought me my soul mate who I’m currently married to (Stella). I told this amazing woman 20 years ago she will be my wife and on page 106 of my book you can read deeper about our past, and now we are together taking over the world as one. My best advice is love those who love you & don’t rush greatness allow it to properly evolve.

To close, maybe we can chat about your parents and what they did that was particularly impactful for you?

The most impactful thing my amazing parents did for me was put me to work young in sales & teach me about God & family morals which has really come back to add so much change joy & influence on my children & close friends. Godbless them both & yes they’re still together.
