Meet Pachion Randle

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Pachion Randle. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Pachion, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?
Truly thinking about things that have my best interest at heart. Everything I’ve accomplished, from my career to my business- I’ve always said I wanted to do as a child.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
I am a fashion CEO. I style and design clothing for people with a high drive in fashion, like me! I work with 8-10 models and 3 brand ambassadors that have participated in local fashion shows and Palace events. We also attend pop-up shops and have participated in several of my hometown community events. I feel like making others feel comfortable in their own skin is most special about what I do! I love making people feel good about themselves and being free spirited when working with me. The Palace has been in business for almost 3 years now, which is very exciting! Here soon, I will begin Palace brand ambassador workshops! This will help individuals become more familiar with how important working as a brand ambassador is, social tips, and encourage them to be the best that they can for the Palace. Soon, I will be recruiting for more hard-working brand ambassadors! Stay tuned.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Stay focused, dedicated, and motivated I believe were the most important for me. It is not always easy being a CEO, regardless of what you see on social media. It takes plenty of time and patience. There are going to be times where you feel like giving up, but once you start the key is to keep going! Many people start a business and think friends and family will be your biggest fans/supporters- then get their feelings hurt extremely when it does not happen that way. Branch out, find YOUR people. That is the only way that you will succeed. Networking and being placed in uncomfortable/new situations is the only way to learn and elevate. Failure as well. Learn from your mistakes. It is not the end of the world and you will get it right! As long as you stay focused, dedicated, and motivated.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?
Yes! I have participated in many collaborations and is always open to collaborating and meeting with new businesses. I prefer a considerate business CEO that is well-organized and great at communicating in a timely manner and planning events. I will consider collaborating with hair, beauty, clothing design, and other business owners. I am not too picky when it comes to collaborating. With fashion, you can make any collaboration pop! Feel free to contact me directly with your name and business title at my business email 101611jr@gmail.com if you would like to work!
