We were lucky to catch up with Parissa Chubak recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Parissa, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
I have been very lucky to have fabulous role models as parents who have shown me work ethic, honesty and resilience

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

It’s wonderful that I have been able to combine my passion for jewelry design with multi background in languages and finance. My goal is to create original, affordable jewelry that brings happiness to people’s lives. I hope that my unique blend of skills and experiences can contribute to making my jewelry pieces cherished staples in my clients’ wardrobes

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Looking back I do believe my work ethic, my commitment to produce perfect products and my people’s skills have been key to my success.

I encourage people not to give up and stick to what they believe to be the right path for them. The road is full of bumps but the results are certain.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
I always look for partners to collaborate with as I do believe sharing ideas and skills are a path to more success. I love working with various designers and showcare our designs together. I am always open for a new adventure
