Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Parizad Srivastava. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Parizad, so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.
Developing confidence and self-esteem has been a gradual process shaped by both mindset and environment. Early on, I realized that self-doubt is often the biggest obstacle to progress. I learned to challenge the inner voice that questioned my abilities by consistently rehearsing positive outcomes in my mind. For me, visualizing success before starting any project—seeing myself achieving the result—helped anchor the belief that I could actually do it.
A major influence came from my father, who would remind me, “You can achieve anything you put your mind to.” Hearing this affirmation repeatedly made it part of my internal dialogue, especially when facing setbacks. Over time, I began to view challenges not as threats, but as opportunities meant to help me grow.
Practically, I cultivated confidence by setting small, achievable goals and celebrating each success, which built a track record of accomplishment. I also made it a habit to surround myself with supportive people—mentors, friends, and colleagues who encouraged growth and provided constructive feedback. The combination of positive self-talk, intentional visualization, and external support has been the foundation of my self-confidence and self-esteem.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
As a lifelong student and teacher of the Laws of Manifestation, my work centers on empowering individuals to realize their potential and manifest their best lives. What excites me most is witnessing real transformation in those I coach and teach—seeing people light up with possibility, confidence, and purpose as they embrace the power within their own minds.
About My Work
I have written two Abundance Mindset books: Manifest Your Life of Greatness and Gentle Reminders for Every Mood, led engaging workshops, and offer one-on-one coaching that is accessible and affordable for all. My goal is to inspire people to believe that they can become, achieve, and welcome anything they truly desire, drawing on principles that changed my own life from a young age. Everything I offer—be it books, workshops, or daily inspiration—comes from a place of deep faith, optimism, and a commitment to helping others flourish.
What Makes My Approach Special
What sets my work apart is a blend of heartfelt belief and practical techniques—rooted in a family tradition of faith, gratitude, and unstoppable manifestation. I’ve personally seen over and over that abundance and joy are possible for anyone, regardless of where they start. My teaching philosophy is grounded, encouraging, and full of everyday stories that make manifesting accessible to everyone.
New Offerings & Ways to Connect
Recently, I’ve launched my Manifest Abundance newsletter on Substack, started a new workshop, and continue connecting with readers via Facebook and Instagram with daily affirmations and manifestation tips. Participants regularly share testimonials about breakthroughs and real happiness they’ve unlocked after joining my programs, and I invite everyone to experience this journey for themselves.
My hope is to give each person the gift of believing in themselves and living a life rich with meaning, fulfillment, and joy.
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Three impactful qualities on my journey have been faith, gratitude, and a growth-oriented mindset. Together, these have shaped my ability to manifest abundance and inspire others to do the same.
Three Keys to My Journey
Faith: Growing up, my father’s unwavering belief that God—Universal Energy—was always on our side taught me the importance of trusting that everything is possible and that we are always provided for. Practicing faith lets you take bold steps and truly welcome what you desire.
Gratitude: By appreciating what we have—even when resources are limited—we invite more abundance into our lives. My family’s gratitude fueled the flow of opportunities and solutions, over and over again.
Growth Mindset: Being an ardent student of manifestation, I learned early on that self-development and open-minded learning are crucial. Making friends with your mind, challenging limiting beliefs, and expecting progress are at the heart of every success I’ve experienced.
Advice for Beginners
Start with faith in yourself and in life’s possibilities—even when you don’t see the evidence yet. Remind yourself daily that you’re supported and capable.
Practice gratitude every day, big or small. Write down three things you’re thankful for, and watch your perspective and opportunities expand.
Commit to learning: read, attend workshops, and seek mentors who inspire you. Don’t worry about being perfect at the outset—focus on steady growth and celebrate every step forward.
With these three qualities, anyone can create a foundation for manifesting greatness and joy in their own lives.

Alright, so before we go we want to ask you to take a moment to reflect and share what you think you would do if you somehow knew you only had a decade of life left?
I love questions like this!
If it became clear that only a decade remained, my focus would shift to embracing the present and actively creating a meaningful future. The years would be devoted to releasing emotional baggage, forgiving oneself and others, and investing energy into personal growth and manifesting new possibilities.
Shaping the Next Decade
Treating the past as a reference—learning from mistakes, making amends, and focusing efforts on evolving behaviors, rather than remaining stuck in regret and resentment.
Meaningful Connections: Time would be prioritized for helping others, paying forward lessons learned, and nurturing relationships, knowing that compassion and support enrich both giver and receiver.
Personal Growth: Commitment would be made to practicing self-compassion, recognizing imperfection, and striving to become a better person—viewing every experience as an opportunity to learn.
Manifesting Possibilities: Efforts would focus on creating a fulfilling future, replacing old regrets with abundance-oriented affirmations such as “I release my past so that I may embrace my future,” ensuring energy is directed towards hopes, dreams, and positive impact.
Living fully in the present, releasing what no longer serves, and consciously making choices that the future self will be grateful for would define each moment of the decade.
I’d like to believe I’m doing that already, but your question has made me question, and I like that – its always good to press refresh on these topics – thank you
