Meet Paula Robbins

We recently connected with Paula Robbins and have shared our conversation below.

Paula, thank you so much for joining us. You are such a positive person and it’s something we really admire and so we wanted to start by asking you where you think your optimism comes from?
Having been through, key word “through”, a great deal of trauma and difficult situations in life, I’ve learned many ugly and yet beautiful lessons. All of which have taught me that beauty always comes, in the form of wisdom, reprieve and redemption.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
The work I do helps people overcome many of the “soul wounds” that life may have imposed. This could be abuse, trauma, grief, or any other event or issue that affects their well-being of body, mind, and spirit. I use various metaphysical knowledge and skills to assist people in moving towards a sense of joy and freedom, so they can live a life that they trust. I use hypnotherapy, talk therapy, energy work, and intuition to help people.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Intuition, Divine Connection, and persistence. I strongly encourage anyone who will listen to develop a daily ritual of quiet time to go inward and connect Divinely, for guidance, rest, clarity and grounding.

Any advice for folks feeling overwhelmed?
I go inward. I connect with the divine and take a moment to just ground. Overwhelm, for me, is often a feeling of being pulled in many directions or having a lot on my to-do list. This helps me to prioritize and process what can be done to move forward and just get things sorted.
