Hi Pawan, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?
Practice, Hard work, Focus on the positives, Spend time with people & family, Coming out of comfort zone, Act confident when I don’t feel it and I always try something new.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
I like to take photos that shows real life emotions and moments that weren’t staged but naturally captured. There is so much beauty all around us.

Since from my childhood, I have been fascinated by nature and its beauty: the colors and the spaces, the harmonious and the dramatic, the big living creatures and the tiny microscopic organisms. I used to watch discovery channel for hours and hours and I wonder how much efforts people might have put who works behind putting one great documentary. And I wanted to be like them and share the beauty of nature with everybody. So you can say I am fully inspired by Nature and its beauty and Photography has been one of the most powerful tool to accomplished this.

Though I am not a full time photographer but I love to explore, experience new things and places, getting lost but, at the same time, being in touch with my surroundings. I like to observe wildlife in its environment too. In my photography, I love capturing all forms of nature, including also the magic and colors, the mystery and mysticism of any landscape (or cityscape), from sunset to sunrise, using longer exposures and a variety of filters. The world looks different during these hours and with a camera it is possible to see details not so distinguishable with the naked eye. The camera allows us to see our dark surroundings in all its wonderful colors in a vastly different way than our eyes are able to perceive it. Taking a photograph during this time requires a different level of sophistication from the photographer too, specialized gear and certainly a tripod, more planning and exposure calculations, and more caffeine too! As a passionate photographer, I feel uniquely positioned to capture, the beautiful and fascinating world that surround us and to use those images to educate others and help preserve and protect our natural treasures. With the new digital cameras, photography is going through a golden age but at the same time, it has become a commodity. Pictures are everywhere and not all are created equal! There is a lot of “noise” that buries the work of many talented photographers and This is the biggest challenge today.

While capturing Nature, I realized that I should start creating memories for others and decided to start capturing all kind of events, portraits, family etc because shooting people needs another level of creativity and I love it.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
I don’t know if you can have some fixed qualities or skills, But one quality, if we can even call it that would be “always be ready to learn something new & stay hungry for knowledge”.

In other words, stay ambitious, always look forward to something, set both short- and long-term goals for yourself.

Be competitive, having rivals and taking them in positive way is always good for you and your profession.

Looking back over the past 12 months or so, what do you think has been your biggest area of improvement or growth?
Mostly I used to do Photography, but in last few months, I have been enjoying more shooting video. It is exciting and challenging. And I am still learning !!
