Meet Peso Leke

We recently connected with Peso Leke and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Peso, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?
Growing up in Cleveland and building my own presence and career.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I am a the owner and created of GreenLight M.O.E Entertainment. I created the label to help music recording artists out like myself. Growing up in Cleveland without as many opportunities as other cities made me want more for my city. My plan is to help youth, and also adults who have unseen or unheard talent far as music, photography, media, and dancing could bring more attention and opportunities to Cleveland, Ohio.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
I think having motivation, focus and dedication will be most helpful to those that have goals or are trying to work there way up from scratch.

How would you describe your ideal client?
My ideal client would be a person of vision, motivation and determination also them having love for what they do and wanting to further their career.
