Meet Pete Palazzolo

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Pete Palazzolo. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Pete, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?
My confidance came from preparing and my self-esteem from putting out the best possable products.

I have found if prepaired for the situation you will have the confidence needed to suceed. Especialy when the other party is not prepaired. Being prepaired is key to confidence.

it’s hard to have low self-esteem when you truly put out the best possable work. No one can beat you up when you know it is not possable to do better.

Understand not every option counts, only opinions from people you respect count.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
Palazzolo’s is a self-made business from the ground up. Pete Palazzolo founded the business in 1986 at 16 years of age
with his mother, Marie. In 1991 Pete graduated from college
with a BSBA degree. He incorporated his business at that
time. Since 1986 Palazzolo’s Artisan Dairy has been working

of people have enjoyed Palazzolo’s, accounting for over 150,000 scoops per week enjoyed.

Since 2019 we becase an SQF Dairy plant. SQF is the global food saftey standard. This alows us to Co-pack for other brands. We are proud to support our clients we pack for from small start up’s to national brands.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Beliving in yourself is very important and persistence. Know that you are the master of your own destiny. Never giving up on your dream. This also means putting in the time. No one else is going to do it for you so buckle down and get it done.

You will have to pass on some of the parties as you have more important things going on then cheap thrills. Don’t worry you will be the life of the party once you compleat your goals.

Any advice for folks feeling overwhelmed?
When feeling overwhelmed it is best to stop what your doing and take a step back. What brought you to this point? Is there a situation making for this stress or are you not able to pin point what is happening, just that your cup is overflowing.

The best strategy is to implment the 24 hour rule. It’s your right to let whomever know “I’ll get back to you with in 24 hours” This could be 30 minutes, a few hours and so on.

Take the time to calm down and think clearly before proceeding.
