Phalando (Mr.Flamboyant) , looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?
I get my work ethic from my family it is just in my blood my mother , my grandfather Ernest Guest , My Grandmother Daisy Freeman My great Grandmother Katie Freeman my Uncles John Lawson , Eric Guest , William Guest from the Hall Fame Group ( Gladys Knight and the Pips) . John Guest , my Uncle Bill freeman , my Uncle Charlie Freeman , my cousins , My aunts all the People that I have grow up with Shawn Moore , Jay Moore , Paris Moore , Barry Butts , Gary Brightwell , Ronaldus woods , Dae Clay , Kilo Ali , Dj Taz , DJ Jelly just to name a few they are many more that help build me and help me create my work ethic . Just my passion for the music industry in front and behind the screens have always sparked a fire 🔥 in me like nothing else before it is truly unique and hopefully I have did and keep on doing what I am supposed to do in the industry.

www.JLAWSONMUSICGROUP.com is my brand and this is the website where you can go to see , hear what I am working on with other talented individuals the site and clothing brand was designed by Vito’s st Rose who I was introduced to from my lawyer Debra . To give the world a visionary of some of my goals in the music industry and fashion world 🌎. It is a honor to be able to create music with the atlanta icon Kilo Ali and icon DJ Taz we came together and formed a group Fultoncountygroup because we was born at Grady HOSPITAL in Atlanta Georgia Fulton County . It is a honor to work with singer Ebony Camille , Hiphop artist Bonafide Fly who I have known since he was a little kid . International hiphop artist from Zimbabwe James Eland . A honor to work with hiphop artist Paperboy and his sister Yung Miss just to name a few amazing people I have worked with . There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
These are three skills that I have been told by many that I am good at . One I have been told that I am great in Promoting . Two I was told that I am great in Marketing . Three in what I think is the most important I was told I was great In bringing people together . I think I am great at that also because I just love people and putting people together to make history

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
Yes I am always looking for Great people , Company’s to collaborate with to help each other grow as people and the brands to heights that have never been seen before
