We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Polina Filatova a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Polina with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?
My work ethic is something that has been ingrained in me since a young age, thanks to my parents. Growing up, my parents instilled in me the importance of hard work, determination, and perseverance. They showed me by example how these qualities can lead to success and fulfillment in all aspects of life

Thank you for this opportunity to share more about Sweet Blossom Desserts. We strive to create unique and delicious desserts that are loved by our customers. Our focus on Pavlovas, a beloved New Zealand dessert, and Zefr, a traditional Eastern European confectionery, allows us to bring a taste of different cultures to our community. What makes us stand out is our dedication to using high-quality ingredients and putting a modern twist on these classic desserts. We are continuously experimenting with flavors and designs to surprise and delight our customers. With our sights set on the future, we plan to expand our offerings to include irresistible cupcakes and beautifully decorated cookies. We are constantly driven by a desire to bring joy and deliciousness to our customers’ lives through our unique creations. Whether you have a sweet tooth or appreciate the artistry of confectionery, we have something for you at our business.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
At Sweet Blossom Desserts, we have always believed in three core qualities that have been essential to our success: passion, perseverance, and cultural diversity. Our passion for creating unique and delicious desserts has been the driving force behind our brand. We believe that by infusing different cultures into our desserts, we are able to bring new and exciting flavors to our customers
Is there a particular challenge you are currently facing?
As we continue to expand our menu and offer more diverse desserts, our biggest challenge is ensuring that each item meets our high standards of quality and taste. We want every customer to have a delightful experience with every bite
