Meet Porchea-Londone Spencer

We were lucky to catch up with Porchea-Londone Spencer recently and have shared our conversation below.

Porchea-Londone , we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?
The only other option is to quit and that’s not an option. As long as there is breath in my body, there’s opportunity to keep going.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
Porchea-Londone Spencer is a brand strategist that advances brands to their full potential in both the digital and physical spaces. She brings over 10 years of experience in marketing and fashion to her company Couture Branding Suite, where her clients are provided an exclusive D2P (digital to personal) and P2D (personal to digital) branding experience, unable to be duplicated. Her passion turned mantras “posting all the way to the bank” and “converting content into coins” has led to the development of winning strategies and results-driven campaigns that embody the three pillars: creativity, authenticity and strategy. She takes an innovative approach to utilize the power of engagement, navigate community, and maximize marketing in a way that leans into and solves client needs, be it from her or her network. She has worked with clients in the public, private practice and non-profit sectors, equipping them with digital marketing, social media, media training, and brand communications strategies to exceed the competitors; going from overlooked to overbooked.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
The three qualities are tenacity, perseverance, and self-awareness.

My advice is to remain integral and not to lose yourself in the midst of building your brand or business.

Also, it’s okay to take a break. I work a full time marketing job, run my agency and I sit on the board for an organization. Having a healthy work/life balance is imperative.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?
I love collaborating!!!!

Partnering with other branding experts, content creators, faith drivers etc is always a pleasure.
