Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to PRINCE GAUTIER MASKOTT . We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

PRINCE GAUTIER , thank you so much for joining us. You are such a positive person and it’s something we really admire and so we wanted to start by asking you where you think your optimism comes from?
my optimism comes from my parents because it’s genetic and to that is added the education they had to give me, and all the advice they gave me my favorite is the following (when it’s hard only the hard ones advance, so whatever the difficulty, keep your head up and persevere to achieve your goals)

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
in civil status my name is MITATA ALBERT GAUTIER I am from CONGO BRAZZAVILLE and CAMEROON, I am the boss of a young international production label called MMP PRODUCTION M/A label specializing in urban afro-urban music, and events, I am also an artist on my own label and my artist name is P.G.M. which means PRINCE GAUTIER MASKOTT, I started music, dance and singing from a very young age, and a few years later, being already mature in the field, I had worked with known artists, making premieres parties in mythical rooms traveling in several countries etc… I decided to create my label in 2016 with the ambition that it be without borders, that is to say recognized internationally I know that it will not be easy but as we m always said (when it’s tough, only the tough get ahead) and I intend to set up the parent company either in Miami or in Los Angeles or maybe another city, to make short I wish that in each continent there is a representation of my label

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
In the field that I practice, the 3 qualities to have are ambition, perseverance, and believing in yourself is what allows you to have a steely mind to succeed, of course we try to discourage us but when you have big plans it’s that you’re big you just have to materialize your thoughts and let those who think small be small, you have to know that in life everything is possible you just have to give the means

Awesome, really appreciate you opening up with us today and before we close maybe you can share a book recommendation with us. Has there been a book that’s been impactful in your growth and development?
the book that inspired me the most is (THE 48 LAWS OF POWER) by Robert green and the sentences that touched me a lot and that I apply are: 1 never surpass the Master 2 use my enemies and 3 do not confide to these friends I recommend this book to all those who wish to become a great entrepreneur or a great Bussness Man because the higher the level, the more you have to be vigilant, and I forgot the most important sentence 4. won victory by deeds and not by word
