We were lucky to catch up with Priyanka Narwaria recently and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Priyanka , thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
My strong work ethic is a culmination of two influential roles in my life: that of a dedicated business owner and a loving mom. As a business owner, I’ve learned the importance of commitment, responsibility, and setting a positive example for my team. This mindset has driven me to consistently give my best and uphold high standards in everything I do.
Simultaneously, being a mom has taught me the value of time management, adaptability, and perseverance. Juggling the demands of parenting with the responsibilities of running a business has honed my ability to prioritize and efficiently allocate my resources.
The combination of these roles has instilled in me a deep sense of determination, a passion for continuous improvement, and a focus on achieving meaningful goals. Both the challenges and joys of being a business owner and a mom have significantly shaped my work ethic, making it an integral part of who I am today.

A Journey of Passion, Perseverance, and Empowerment
From a young age, I embarked on a journey that would shape my life in ways I could never have imagined. Growing up, I had the privilege of learning about business firsthand from my father. As the years went by, I found myself drawn to the world of commerce, eager to make my mark.
Despite the promising job opportunities that came my way, I was acutely aware of the limitations placed upon me as a young woman. But I was no ordinary girl; I was determined and intelligent, ready to break free from the constraints that society tried to impose on me.
Fuelled by an unwavering passion for beauty and care, I took a bold leap of faith. I decided to channel my energies into something I deeply believed in – the healing power of herbals. I saw self-care not just as a routine, but as a form of self-love, a testament to my independence. My goal was clear: I wanted to become the caretaker of my own well-being, so that I would never have to rely on anyone else to do it for me.
In this incredible journey, I found unwavering support from my husband, a pillar of encouragement who stood by my side every step of the way. His belief in me mirrored the unwavering faith my parents had shown in my abilities. Their combined love and guidance provided me with the wings I needed to soar to new heights.
With a heart full of determination and a spirit strengthened by the love of my family, I am thrilled to announce two upcoming launches that hold a special place in my heart. The first is an exciting introduction of herbal colors, a reflection of my commitment to natural beauty. The second is the eagerly awaited relaunch of our bestseller – onion oil – presented in a stunning new packaging, accompanied by the visage of a beautiful model.
As I look back on the path that brought me here, I am reminded that my story is not just about my journey; it’s a testament to the strength of family bonds, the power of self-belief, and the endless possibilities that await when passion and perseverance intersect. With gratitude in my heart and excitement in my soul, I eagerly anticipate the next chapter in this incredible adventure.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
“Absolutely, I’d be glad to share three qualities that have shaped my approach to life and work:
1) *Belief in Abundance:* One of the core principles that guide my perspective is the firm belief in abundance. I hold the conviction that opportunities are abundant, people are a source of immense potential, and solutions are always within reach. This outlook keeps me open-minded, optimistic, and eager to explore the possibilities that surround us.
2) *Unyielding Persistence:* When faced with challenges, I’ve maintained an unwavering determination to overcome them. I can confidently say that I haven’t encountered an obstacle that has proven insurmountable. This resilience drives me to seek innovative solutions, learn from setbacks, and move forward stronger than before.
3) *The Jugaadu Mindset:* Embracing the essence of ‘Jugaadu,’ a concept you can look up to gain a clearer understanding, I bring a practical and resourceful approach to problem-solving. While the term might carry varied interpretations, for me, it signifies the ability to find creative and hands-on solutions. Interestingly, more often than not, I’ve found this approach to outperform theoretical methods, resulting in successful outcomes in a majority of cases.
In my journey, one consistent theme prevails: an unshakable commitment to my goals. While I may not possess all the answers or experience to offer advice, one piece of insight I’ve garnered is that resolute determination towards one’s objectives attracts the support of the natural forces around us. So, my advice to anyone aspiring to achieve something is simple: maintain steadfastness, stay dedicated to your goals, and you’ll find that the universe aligns itself to assist you along the way.”
Looking back over the past 12 months or so, what do you think has been your biggest area of improvement or growth?
Over the past 12 months, my most significant area of growth has been enhancing my people skills, along with gaining a deeper understanding of the intricacies involved in successfully developing and bringing a product to market. This growth has been essential in enabling effective collaboration and ensuring the seamless progression of projects from conception to fruition.
One individual, regardless of gender, may have the capability to manage or lead a situation, but success in a competitive context often requires teamwork and diverse skills that go beyond the abilities of just one person.
