We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Professor Majic a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Professor , thank you for joining us today and sharing your experiences and acquired wisdom with us. Burnout is a huge topic these days and so we’d love to kick things off by discussing your thoughts on overcoming or avoiding burnout

Nipsey Hussle once said “This is a Marathon.” those words have stuck with me since. Finding balance between the creation/distribution of music and your personal life, can be the most difficult challenge a musician will ever face. The roller coaster ride really does never stop, so keeping calm cool and collective in a world of sex, drugs and mayhem can be a lit tricky. If you never stop learning how to grow spiritually, mentally and physically you will always have the upper advantage. Prepare yourself for the worst then pray for the best. God has the ultimate say in the actions we take on earth. Peace, love ,respect, God bless.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

My name is Anthony Sanchez, I am a professional musician from SoCal and learned how to create wavez in San Bernardino, California. I am currently in the final stages of developing multiple systems that will allow financial freedom to flow into the lives of my family in addition to all those around me. I am a professor of truth and a master of catching dreams, hence my alias as well as trademark Professor Majïç. I established a record label, a marketing agency and now a non-profit organization dedicated to those who “dream hustle achieve impossible” by the name of $fatefund. We have partnered with Cashapp to raise “$1.Million in 300 days” granting us the capital needed in order to expand our operations on a global scale.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

My three biggest qualities for success in music business are work ethic, determination, and execution. Passion, practice, and persistence will inevitably lead to profession. If you never stop learning you will always have an advantage. As a musician make playing great music your first, second, and third priority. Practice day and night until your vibration is so high it is felt from all over the world.

All the wisdom you’ve shared today is sincerely appreciated. Before we go, can you tell us about the main challenge you are currently facing?

Building and maintenancing systems of operations have been the most challenging obstacles I’ve faced as an artist and business owner. The mountain I am currently facing is one level after another of mastering self discipline, self growth while balancing through self healing. Consisitenly breaking out of one’s comfort zone is the most challenging obstacle that I face daily in addition to studying. It is only through prayer that I am able to keep my sanity in the music industry.
