Queen, we’ve been so fortunate to work with so many incredible folks and one common thread we have seen is that those who have built amazing lives for themselves are also often the folks who are most generous. Where do you think your generosity comes from?
My heart. I used to get a lot of No’s which made me have to learn and do things myself. I’m great full for that because it helped me one learn so many things now that when I see people who are struggling like I was I’m quick to say yes and help because I know the feeling of not having anyone. So I wanted to be that change and help people like me . My pain became my passion, my passion to help others
Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I’m a Master instructor in esthetics and First Aid/CPR. I have one 2000 graduates and hire woman with no CNA license and help them join the medical field as providers. It’s special because you need nothing to join my programs just be motivated like me! My brand is very authentic and real. We have joined with MiracleNHomeHealth And now are accepting our graduates from my other school to join my healthcare team too! More knowledge, more skills. More skills, more money!
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
1. Be nice to people, we need escorted especially in business. 2. Going to school dithered my knowledge and helped increase my prices.
3. Bring patient
Okay, so before we go, is there anyone you’d like to shoutout for the role they’ve played in helping you develop the essential skills or overcome challenges along the way?
My daughter 🥹 whenever I feel overwhelmed or that it’s becoming too much, she makes me remember why I’m doing it, and why I refuse to stop
