We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Queenroyald’usse a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

QueenRoyalD’usse , thank you so much for taking the time to share your lessons learned with us and we’re sure your wisdom will help many. So, one question that comes up often and that we’re hoping you can shed some light on is keeping creativity alive over long stretches – how do you keep your creativity alive?

THE WAY I KEEP MY CREATIVITY ALIVE IS BY MEDIATING AND MASTERING WHICH MEANS I SIT IN MY CAR EVERYDAY /NIGHT AND LISTEN TO BEATS AND COME UP WITH SONGS THAT EITHER DESCRIBES MY LIFE OR RELATE TO OTHERS. I WRITE AND FREESTYLE TO RELEASE MY STORY .

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

Hi I am an independent music artist out of Atlanta Georgia and my name is QueenRoyalD’usse who freestyles and writes music in a soothing voice that speaks life but also realistic. My name was giving to me a year before my mother passed to be with god the most high and I have carried along with that name throughout my journey. First I started out as choreography and music videos before I discovered I had a voice for music and ever since I have been using my voice to get me through life and motivation. I am a mother of beautiful smart kids who keep me on my toes with siblings and Grandparents and family and friends . Lately I have been working on my newest EP called ‘MIRACLES’ that will be dropping soon on all platforms and my clothing line ‘HANDSOME & BEAUTY ‘ that made for men and women and will be launching soon . Through out this journey I have learn Trust in God then trust your self , prayer ,self love , patience, manifest and confidence to know you are here for a purpose, A season , and A reason to spread knowledge and wisdom and help not only yourself to grow but others as well and that has helped me along the way and continues to get me ahead to just believe ask and you shall receive unto You.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

STAYING FOCUS
MARKETING MYSELF
KEEP MY FAITH AND FEET ON THE PAVEMENT UNTIL A WIN ARRIVES .

Always know someone hears you just keep going EAT , SLEEP , GRIND NOBODY HOW MANY NO’s THERE IS ALWAYS A YES SO TRUST THE PROCESS AND THE FAITH YOU WAS MADE FOR THIS !!!!!

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?

Yes legends in the game before me and open up roads for me as a female artist .

Also some incredible independent artist for example jhonni blaze who I have watched from start to finish to coming from entertainment clubs to a beautiful talented working hard artist with sweat and tears .
