We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Quiana A. Jackson a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Quiana A. , thank you so much for opening up with us about some important, but sometimes personal topics. One that really matters to us is overcoming Imposter Syndrome because we’ve seen how so many people are held back in life because of this and so we’d really appreciate hearing about how you overcame Imposter Syndrome.
Overcoming imposter syndrome has been a layered journey—one that required faith, vulnerability, and obedience. As the founder of Queued4Christ and the author of “Why Not Me?: Blueprint From Brokenness to Breakthrough,” there were so many moments where I questioned if I was truly qualified to speak, teach, or lead. I’d ask myself, “Why would anyone listen to me?” or “Am I really called for this?”
But I’ve learned that imposter syndrome is a weapon the enemy uses to keep us stuck in silence. I had to confront those thoughts head-on and replace them with truth—God’s truth. Writing my book was a breakthrough moment. It forced me to relive some of the most painful seasons of my life and recognize that it was those very moments that qualified me to speak to others about healing, faith, and restoration. What I thought disqualified me was actually what God used to position me.
Scriptures like 2 Corinthians 12:9 reminded me that His grace is sufficient and His power is made perfect in my weakness. I realized I wasn’t showing up in my own strength—I was showing up as someone queued (Quickened, United, Educated, Understanding, Excited, and Determined) for Christ.
Through Queued4Christ, my book, and the many platforms God has allowed me to stand on, I’ve been reminded that I’m not an imposter—I’m an instrument. I don’t have to be perfect. I just have to be present and willing. And now, I move forward not in fear, but in faith, knowing that my story is someone else’s survival guide.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
Well I’m Quiana Arline Jackson—speaker, author, podcast host, and the founder of Queued4Christ, a faith-based movement and digital platform designed to encourage, equip, and empower people to walk boldly in their God-given purpose. At the heart of everything I do is a deep desire to help others see that their pain has a purpose, their story carries power, and their past does not disqualify them from their future.
For almost 4 years now, Queued4Christ has been more than just a podcast—it’s been a lifeline. What started as weekly encouragement has now grown into a multifaceted ministry that includes The Queued4Christ Show (a livestream talk show), the Books of the Bible Book Club, speaking engagements, and mentorship opportunities. Each segment is rooted in our core framework—Q.U.E.U.E.D., which stands for Quickened, United, Educated, Understanding, Excited, and Determined for Christ.
One of the most personal and powerful things I’ve done recently is release my debut book, Why Not Me?: Blueprint From Brokenness to Breakthrough. It’s a transparent journey through loss, divorce, identity struggles, and healing—all while discovering how God can rebuild what life tried to break. That book was my “yes” to God, and it continues to open doors for others to say “yes” to healing.
Right now, I’m focused on expansion—spiritually and strategically. Coming soon, I’m hosting my first Beyond the Pages Author’s Conference, where authors, visionaries, and creators will share the testimonies behind their books. I’m also building out new digital content, preparing workshops, and launching deeper discipleship through online courses and intentional community.
What excites me the most is seeing lives transformed—watching people rediscover their voice, reclaim their faith, and walk boldly into rooms they once thought they didn’t belong in. Queued4Christ isn’t just a brand. It’s a movement. And we’re just getting started.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Looking back over my journey—from a young girl raised in Macon, Georgia, to a single mother, caregiver, and now founder of Queued4Christ—I can honestly say that every high and low has shaped the woman I am today. I didn’t take the traditional path, and for a long time, I let that make me feel “less than.” But God reminded me that it’s often the unconventional path that leads to the greatest purpose. Whether I was serving in the medical field, raising my children through difficult seasons, or rebuilding my life after divorce and deep personal losses, I carried a quiet strength that eventually became my superpower. And as I began to walk boldly in my calling—launching my podcast, writing “Why Not Me?,” and speaking into others—I recognized three qualities that played a major role in my growth:
Resilience – Life has tested me in ways I never imagined. There were moments when I felt forgotten, disqualified, or simply too broken to be used by God. But resilience became the rope I held onto when everything else was falling apart. It taught me how to bounce back, trust God in the silence, and show up anyway. My advice? Let every setback be a setup for a comeback. The pain you survive can become the purpose you pour into others.
Obedience – Saying “yes” to God when it didn’t make sense—when I had no blueprint, no resources, and no certainty—wasn’t easy. But it was necessary. Obedience opened doors that hustle never could. I started Queued4Christ not because I had it all figured out, but because I trusted God would meet me in the unknown. For those early in their journey, I encourage you to move even when you’re afraid. Your “yes” has ripple effects far beyond what you can see right now.
Emotional Intelligence – As someone who leads, teaches, and mentors, I’ve learned that knowing how to manage your emotions—and understand others’—is a powerful gift. It helped me navigate conflict, serve people with compassion, and recognize when it was time to pause and protect my peace. Developing this skill starts with being honest with yourself, seeking healing from past wounds, and allowing God to help you grow emotionally as much as you grow spiritually.
To anyone reading this who feels unsure, unseen, or unqualified—just know you’re not alone. Your journey won’t look like anyone else’s, and that’s your greatest strength. Keep growing, stay grounded, and trust that everything you’ve walked through is preparing you for what God has already prepared for you.

Okay, so before we go, is there anyone you’d like to shoutout for the role they’ve played in helping you develop the essential skills or overcome challenges along the way?
I’ve been blessed with a few key people in my life who have helped shape the woman I am today, but first and foremost, I have to credit God as the source of my strength, strategy, and success. Every challenge I’ve faced—whether it was navigating single motherhood, healing from heartbreak, or stepping out in faith with Queued4Christ—was only possible because I stayed anchored in Him. His grace covered what my grit couldn’t carry.
One of the most impactful people in my life has been my mother, Essie J. Arline. She has been my rock, my example, and my prayer warrior. Watching her strength, wisdom, and unwavering faith taught me the power of perseverance and the importance of serving others with humility and love. Her encouragement has always reminded me that no matter how heavy life gets, I was built to rise.
Spiritually, Pastor Dharius Daniels has been instrumental in helping me grow. Being under his leadership at Change Church has stretched me both spiritually and mentally. His teaching has helped me develop not only a deeper understanding of God’s Word but also a clearer sense of my purpose and assignment. He’s shown me how to lead with integrity, authenticity, and vision.
Professionally, I’m so grateful for people like Rob Walls, who helped coach me through the process of writing my book Why Not Me?: Blueprint From Brokenness to Breakthrough. His guidance helped me organize my story in a way that wasn’t just therapeutic—it was transformational. That process helped unlock a level of clarity and confidence I didn’t even know I needed.
Lastly, my community—my children, my podcast audience, my grow group sisters, and the Queued4Christ family—has been a huge part of this journey. Their love and belief in the mission continually remind me why I do what I do. They push me to stay obedient and consistent even when things get hard.
God has placed the right people in my life at every stage, and their influence has helped me grow not just in skill, but in strength, surrender, and purpose.
