Meet Quinn Holmes

We were lucky to catch up with Quinn Holmes recently and have shared our conversation below.

Quinn, we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?

I get my resilience from trusting that what’s meant for me will happen. Acting is full of ups and downs, and rejection is just part of the process. I remind myself that if a role isn’t mine, then it simply wasn’t meant for me, and something better is on the way. Resilience comes from staying in the game, showing up, putting in the work, and continuing to grow no matter what. That mindset keeps me grounded and motivated, even when things don’t go my way

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

What excites me most about what I do is the chance to connect with people through storytelling. Acting is more than just memorizing lines, it’s about creating something real that can inspire, move, or motivate someone watching. My focus right now is on growing as an actor while also building my personal brand through fitness, lifestyle, and social media, because I want people to see not only the projects I work on but also the dedication behind the scenes. I’m passionate about showing others that with consistency and belief in yourself, you can carve your own path. Recently, I’ve been working on new acting projects in the vertical drama space, which has given me the opportunity to play a variety of roles and strengthen my craft. Moving forward, I want to continue blending acting with content that inspires people to chase their goals, whether that’s in fitness, art, or life in general.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Looking back, the three most important qualities in my journey have been resilience, consistency, and adaptability. Resilience is crucial because acting is filled with rejection, and you have to learn not to take it personally while continuing to move forward. Consistency matters because showing up every day, whether it’s training, auditioning, or creating your own content, builds momentum and growth over time. Adaptability is key because no two roles, auditions, or opportunities are the same, and being open to adjusting and learning keeps you evolving as an artist. For anyone early in their journey, my advice is to trust the process, put in the work daily, and be flexible enough to embrace the unexpected opportunities that come your way.

Looking back over the past 12 months or so, what do you think has been your biggest area of improvement or growth?

My biggest area of growth in the past 12 months has been confidence in both my craft and myself. Over the last year, I’ve learned to trust my abilities more, whether it’s in an audition room, on set, or creating my own content. I used to second-guess if I was ready or good enough, but by consistently showing up and pushing myself, I’ve gained a stronger belief that I belong in this industry. That shift in mindset has allowed me to take bigger risks, embrace new opportunities, and grow not only as an actor but also as a person.
