Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Racci The Don. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Racci , looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?

I get my work ethic from growing up watching my mom work 2 jobs as a single mother trying to make sure I had everything I needed.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

My name is Racci I’m a musical artist / fashion designer from Richmond, Virginia. I make harmonic melodies & also rap music. I’m the owner of my own fashion brand called “Road Runner Clothing LLC. What most exciting about making music is that I can make music that everybody in the world can relate to you know, things that the every day citizen goes through. What I think is so special about my clothing brand he that it comes from a very unique place which is Virginia because a lot of people don’t expect us to be hip to the fashion world but we have a history of closely looking into it. We’re looking to expand the brand alit in 2025 and go more globally such as get my products featured in stores.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

The 3 most important were one of course being you have to resilience. When something like an obstacle comes your way you can’t be so quick to give up and throw in the towel. The more you fail the more you will learn. The second would be you have to have patience because everything won’t happen for you overnight. You have to keep going until everybody is talking about you and asking around who you are. Third is just always having a strategy and a plan, that’s so important. You have to be strategic when marketing your content in any profession now a days so make sure your promoting your business through the right avenues.

Thanks so much for sharing all these insights with us today. Before we go, is there a book that’s played in important role in your development?

I must say regardless of how anyone feels the 48 Laws Of Power by Robert Greene schooled me on a lot of things especially business wise. Some of those things are impressive because it shows you how to gain leverage on people negotiating deals or flat out manipulation and even testing a persons loyalty.
