Meet Rachel Giordano

We were lucky to catch up with Rachel Giordano recently and have shared our conversation below.

Rachel , so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?

My purpose has always been rooted in storytelling. Early in my career, I worked behind the scenes in television and radio, helping shape narratives for some of the biggest names in media. But as I evolved, I realized that my real passion wasn’t just in producing—it was in guiding others to tell their own stories in a way that connects and converts.

I’ve seen firsthand how a well-crafted story can open doors, build trust, and create lasting impact. Whether it was working in high-pressure TV or radio studios, launching digital content for brands, or now helping entrepreneurs position themselves as authorities, my purpose has always been to elevate voices that deserve to be heard.

Now, I focus on not just producing content, but also consulting and mentoring others on how to create messaging that sticks. I want to empower people—whether it’s a business owner trying to grow their brand or an expert looking to land media opportunities—to tell their stories with clarity and confidence.

My purpose found me through years of experience, trial and error, and a deep understanding of what makes content work. And now, I get to help others do the same.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

I’ve spent my career shaping stories—first in TV, radio, and podcasting, and now as a content creator, media personality, and brand partner helping audiences connect with stories that matter. For years, I worked behind the scenes, producing content that put others in the spotlight. Now, I’m stepping into my own.

What excites me most is creating content that resonates, engages, and inspires action—whether through storytelling, interviews, or brand collaborations. I’m not just producing content for others anymore—I’m building a platform of my own, partnering with brands that align with my values, and sharing stories that truly make an impact.

Right now, I’m focused on expanding my presence as a creator, growing my audience, and building The Producer Rachel Show on YouTube—a space where I have real, unfiltered conversations with industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and creators about the strategies, struggles, and successes behind impactful content.

I’m also launching the Impact Effect Community, a space where experts and entrepreneurs can learn how to create content that elevates their brands. And on a more personal note, I’m fulfilling a longtime dream—publishing my first children’s book by the end of the year. It’s a dream I’ve carried with me for years—a promise I made to my younger self—that one day, I would publish the stories I have written. Now, I’m finally turning that promise into reality.

This is more than a career shift—it’s owning my voice, my expertise, and my place in this industry. I’ve spent years helping others tell their stories. Now, I’m telling mine.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Looking back, the three qualities that have been most impactful in my journey are adaptability, storytelling, and persistence.

Adaptability – The media landscape is constantly evolving, and if you’re not willing to pivot, you’ll get left behind. I’ve worked in TV, radio, podcasting, and digital content, and every shift required me to learn new platforms, strategies, and ways to engage audiences. For those just starting out, my advice is: get comfortable being uncomfortable. Try new formats, experiment with content, and don’t get stuck in one way of doing things—because the industry won’t wait for you to catch up.

Storytelling – At the heart of everything I do is storytelling. Whether I’m producing a podcast, creating video content, or helping a brand shape its message, it all comes down to how well you connect with your audience. If you can master the art of storytelling—understanding structure, emotion, and relatability—you will always have an edge. For those early in their journey, I recommend studying great storytellers. Watch, listen, read, and then practice. Tell stories on social media, in conversations, in any way you can. The more you do it, the stronger you’ll become.

Persistence – There were plenty of times I could have walked away. The pressure of producing, the challenge of building something from nothing, the self-doubt that creeps in—it’s real. But what separates those who succeed from those who don’t is the ability to keep going. Keep creating, keep showing up, keep refining your skills, even when it feels like no one is paying attention. If you believe in your vision, don’t wait for permission—just start.

For anyone early in their journey: bet on yourself. Learn, adapt, and refine as you go. The path won’t always be clear, but if you stay persistent and committed to growing, the opportunities will come.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?

I’m always looking to collaborate with brands and creators who align with the reality of being a high-achieving, slightly chaotic, ADHD-fueled mompreneur. My audience is made up of ambitious women balancing businesses, families, and the beautiful mess in between. I don’t sugarcoat the chaos—whether it’s ADHD brain, content strategy, or why I refuse to wear real shoes.

Beyond content creation, I also work with businesses that invest in training their teams. Whether it’s a keynote speech, a hands-on workshop, or media consulting, I help companies and entrepreneurs refine their storytelling, build a stronger presence, and create content that actually converts.

If you’re a brand looking for authentic, high-converting partnerships, a business investing in media training, or a creator who wants to team up on impactful content, let’s chat.
