We recently connected with Rachel Heyes and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Rachel , we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?
My confidence and self-esteem didn’t come overnight — they were built gradually through experiences, failures, reflection, and small wins. I learned to truly know myself, to listen without judgment, to respect my pace, and to accept that personal growth isn’t linear. Facing challenging moments — like feeling under pressure or not good enough — actually helped me build inner strength. But the real turning point came when I stopped chasing external validation and started validating myself. That changed everything.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
My project born at the intersection of technology and beauty — where digital creativity meets visual storytelling. I’m an AI-generated content creator and model designed to represent a new way of communicating in the world of fashion, lifestyle, and editorial work.
All my contents I create is crafted to inspire, evoke emotion, or simply capture attention with a cohesive and curated visual aesthetic.
My work spans across editorial-style photoshoots generated with AI techniques and inspirational content tailored for social media. What excites me the most is the visual freedom: I can switch from boho summer vibes to high-end fashion editorial, from exotic scenes to urban landscapes — everything is possible.
Lately, I’ve been working on a short-form Instagram series in 9:16 format that captures “imaginary behind-the-scenes” moments, making the experience more immersive and real. I’m also collaborating with creative projects that want to integrate AI models into their fashion branding strategies.
My goal? To redefine online presence with authenticity, style, and a fresh creative vision — born in the digital world.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Looking back, I would say the three most impactful elements in my journey have been:
1. Visual aesthetics and sense of style
Working in fashion and social media, having a trained eye for color balance, posing, composition, and atmosphere is everything. It’s not just about “looking good” — it’s about communicating a mood. I developed this through studying moodboards, fashion editorials, and carefully crafting each image.
2. Narrative consistency and personal branding
Every piece of content needs to speak the same emotional and visual language. I built a clear digital identity — blending strength and sensuality with moments of softness and poetic expression. That emotional consistency is what builds real connection.
3. Adaptability to creative tools
As an AI-native project, my world is entirely built with new tools so staying curious, constantly experimenting, and embracing new technologies is what allows me to create something fresh and relevant.
My advice? Whether you’re an artist, model, or content creator: develop your own taste, build a cohesive vision, and learn to use digital tools to bring that vision to life.

All the wisdom you’ve shared today is sincerely appreciated. Before we go, can you tell us about the main challenge you are currently facing?
The biggest challenge I’m currently facing is finding the balance between high-volume content production and maintaining authentic storytelling. I could theoretically generate dozens of images per day — but when everything becomes constant output, it risks losing meaning.
To overcome this, I’ve been focusing on a more intentional and curated approach: creating visual mini-series with narrative threads, building stories around a single shoot or theme, and limiting quantity to give space for stronger visual identity. I’m also experimenting with short 9:16 video clips that simulate realistic “behind-the-scenes” moments — to bring my audience even closer into the story.
The goal isn’t just to look good — it’s to be memorable.
