Raed, so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.

Throughout my journey, I knew it wasn’t going to be easy. From the very beginning, I was aware that the road ahead would be filled with challenges, uncertainties, and moments that would test my resolve. Negativity would inevitably come my way, trying to deter me from my path. But deep within, I believed that my journey was divinely inspired.

The idea to embark on this path, the dream that sparked my passion, I saw it as a sign from God. To me, any positive thought that crossed my mind, any instinct to move forward, was a nudge from the Divine, guiding me towards my purpose. It was this belief that fortified my confidence and self-esteem. I understood that if God planted this vision in my heart, He would also provide me with the strength and perseverance to see it through.

With every step, I held onto this faith. I reminded myself that no matter how hard the journey became, or how loud the doubts and negativity grew, I was on this path for a reason. My hard work wasn’t just for personal achievement; it was a part of a greater plan. This belief fueled my determination and helped me rise above every obstacle, knowing that with God’s guidance, I could achieve anything I set my mind to.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I am Raed Ahsan, a globally renowned speaker on cybersecurity and an award-winning cybersecurity expert. What sets me apart is that I am the youngest ethical hacker from both KSA and Pakistan, and my journey in the cybersecurity world began at a remarkably young age. Over the years, I’ve been featured in numerous articles, channels, and news outlets, all recognizing my significant contributions to the industry. It’s an honor to be acknowledged for the work I love, especially in a field as dynamic and ever-changing as cybersecurity.

What excites me most about this field is its constant evolution. Cybersecurity isn’t static; it’s always growing, presenting new challenges and opportunities to learn. This continuous change keeps my spirit of learning alive, pushing me to stay ahead of the curve and explore new possibilities. The thrill of navigating uncharted territories, solving complex problems, and securing systems against emerging threats is what fuels my passion every day.

Currently, I am leading a startup called Rtelligenc. Through Rtelligenc, we offer a wide array of services to our clients, including cybersecurity consultations, penetration testing, digital marketing, branding, and user analytics. We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of innovation, helping businesses secure their digital landscapes while also assisting them in building strong, recognizable brands.

Our journey doesn’t stop here—Rtelligenc continues to expand and evolve, and I am excited to see what the future holds for us and our clients.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Whenever I look back on my journey, it often seems like an overnight success. But beneath the surface, there were countless sleepless nights, early mornings, unwavering focus, and a relentless hustle mindset that shaped me into who I am today. It wasn’t easy, and it certainly wasn’t instant. The path to success was built brick by brick, with hard work and determination at every turn.

The three qualities that truly helped me along the way may sound simple, but implementing them in real life is anything but easy. They are Focus, Mindset, and Perseverance in the face of failure.

Focus is critical. In a world full of distractions, maintaining focus on your goals can be one of the hardest things to do. But it’s essential. You need to know what you want and keep your eyes on that target, no matter what tries to pull you away.

Mindset is everything. Cultivating a strong, positive mindset can be the difference between success and giving up when things get tough. It’s about believing in yourself, even when others doubt you, and pushing forward with confidence.

Finally, going past your failures is a skill that every beginner must master. Failure is inevitable, but it’s how you respond to it that defines your journey. Don’t let failures stop you. Learn from them, grow stronger, and keep moving forward.

For anyone just starting out, regardless of the industry, these three qualities are fundamental. You must learn to fight against distractions, stay committed to your goals, and hustle continuously. Success isn’t a destination; it’s a journey. With focus, the right mindset, and the ability to rise above failure, you’ll make your life better and better each time.

It will always be my parents and my sibling who have been most helpful in my journey. From the very beginning, they never let me settle or become complacent. They continued to push me beyond my limits because they knew that I could achieve more and that I could not stop there. Their belief in me has been a driving force, and their unwavering support has kept me going, even when things got tough.

I always hold on to the principle of taking a rest when I’m done, not when I’m tired, and this mindset was ingrained in me by my family. They’ve been with me every step of the way, helping me navigate challenges, guiding me on the right path, and always being there for me. Their love, support, and encouragement have been invaluable, and I wouldn’t be where I am today without them.
