Rafi, so great to have you with us today. There are so many topics we want to ask you about, but perhaps the one we can start with is burnout. How have you overcome or avoided burnout?
By having multiple projects going on at once I am able to bounce between them as I get inspired. Some projects may have to wait for a bit before I feel the ability and desire to come back to them. I can’t force the creativity, so I have learned to let it happen and when it happens.

I help people and their businesses tell a visual story. It could be for a profit or non-profit type of business and be as small as a solopreneur or as large as a fortune 500 company.
Video allows you to carefully craft a story and focus on the issues or items of importance to that business or person.
Video podcasts are becoming more and more popular and I think it’s an important way to communicate with your clients and to share information.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Follow your creative side and stick with it.
Listen to what your client wants – which might not always what they say. Read the room and how they say it.
The more you do something the better you get at it. Do things for free to get the practice.
