Meet Rahi Sarbaziha

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Rahi Sarbaziha a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Rahi, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?

I developed my confidence and self-esteem by embracing the understanding that we are all human, living on the same planet. Recognizing that I have the power to make a positive difference in the lives of those around me has been a cornerstone of my journey. I’ve worked hard to contribute meaningfully, helping others whenever possible. Regular exercise has also played a crucial role in boosting my self-esteem. Additionally, establishing and nurturing friendships has provided a supportive network that further enhances my confidence.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

My name is Dr. Rahi Sarbaziha, and I practice integrative aesthetics in Beverly Hills, California. Our clinic is situated in the heart of Rodeo Drive. At our clinic, we focus on treating the patient as a whole, providing both aesthetic and wellness services, as these aspects go hand in hand.

Recently, we are most excited about our medical weight loss program, which helps our clients feel and look better. We follow our patients closely to ensure effective results, offering cutting-edge therapies and lasers. Our clinic stays on top of the latest trends and what works best for our patients. We are constantly striving to learn more, grow, and help our patients both inside and out.

In addition, we have a large selection of the best medical-grade skincare products. Our dedication to integrative aesthetics and wellness makes our approach unique and holistic, ensuring that our patients receive comprehensive care that addresses both their external appearance and internal health.

We are proud of the personalized care we provide, and our ongoing commitment to innovation and excellence in the field of integrative aesthetics.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Looking back, the three qualities that were most impactful in my journey were persistence, dreaming big, and believing in myself (even if some of my dreams seemed out of this world)

Persistence: Persistence is key. There will be challenges and setbacks, but maintaining a commitment to your goals is crucial. Learn from failures and keep pushing forward.

Dreaming Big: Dreaming big has always driven me to set ambitious goals and strive for excellence. Don’t limit yourself; envision what you truly want to achieve and pursue it passionately.

Believing in Yourself: Believing in myself and knowing that I can has been fundamental to my success (even when others didn’t believe in me). Confidence in your abilities can propel you through the toughest times.

What was the most impactful thing your parents did for you?

The most impactful thing my parents did for me was leaving Iran in the late 1980s so that my siblings and I could be exposed to social freedoms, especially for women. If I were still living in Iran today, I likely wouldn’t be able to express myself or practice medicine the way I do now. I am eternally grateful for that risky yet essential move.
