Hi Rajneet K, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?

My work ethic resides from my upbringing and faith. My mother has always taught me to Trust God in all that you do. The word God automatically resonates honesty, integrity and compassion. I enjoy representing my clients because I have been given the opportunity to bring a change in my clients life by taking care of the debt portion. I am successful most of the times but the times that I am not, I know that I have done the best that I possibly could have.

The goal is always to explain to the client what we are doing, why we are doing it and explaining the final result so they have peace of mind knowing the final resolution to their tax debt situation.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I take pride in being the Director of LifeBack Tax Relief, I have a Bachelors in Accounting, I went to get my MBA, and I became a licensed Enrolled Agent as well. My career has been defined by my deep passion for helping individuals and families find tax relief.

There are a lot of common misunderstandings in the tax relief industry, mainly due to a lack of knowledge. I want the world to know that Lifeback Tax Relief is not just another tax relief agency. A lot of people think tax relief agencies are just another scam. Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

I’ve learned valuable lessons along the way- trust, honesty, and transparency are essential in this industry. Clients need to feel confident that they are receiving genuine assistance and not falling victim to scams. It is very important to explain to the client the process so it doesn’t matter what the end result might be as long as the client was walked through the process.

Lifeback Tax Relief has taught me to have faith in myself knowing that I did my best with the least expected results. At the end of the day, I am a human being and I should not take my success in representation or failure to the heart or my head.

To close, maybe we can chat about your parents and what they did that was particularly impactful for you?

The most impactful thing my parents have taught me are faith in God and hard work. In our culture, it is taught to us that no matter what or the duration it might take, hard work always pays off. When we work hard, the results will come to you no matter the situation. This has been my principle until date.
