Meet Ramon Quinones

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Ramon Quinones a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Ramon, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?

I really enjoy every and each step in my life , with my craft I had create an environment of self confidence that make me feel empowered and confident at the same time.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

I’m currently the C.E.O of independent music label Yanfimusicgroup, I am a full time artist and producer who enjoys the art of creating music.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Definitely listening, Dedication and the most important the hard work . That’s the 3 main skills that I always focus on so I can elevate my self to be where I want to reach.

Any advice for folks feeling overwhelmed?

Whoa you guys got me with this one ! To be honest I am always working on my craft , doesn’t matter if I’m happy or sad, one thing i am pretty sure is every time I got to create this wonderful art is like my mind disappears from this world.
