Meet Ransom Roberts

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Ransom Roberts. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Ransom, first a big thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and insights with us today. I’m sure many of our readers will benefit from your wisdom, and one of the areas where we think your insight might be most helpful is related to imposter syndrome. Imposter syndrome is holding so many people back from reaching their true and highest potential and so we’d love to hear about your journey and how you overcame imposter syndrome.

Imposter Syndrome equals Ego Dissolution and Self Love. [best form of self love – HONESTY]

I had to be honest with myself and reflect on all the moments that I ever felt that energy show up. Ego Dissolution involves looking at your shadow (subconscious) and what inner child is showing up and needs to be acknowledged. Once acknowledge, you do the work to alchemize that emotion, that cord, that mindset, the perspective. You integrate and move authentically.

You see our Shadow is not bigger than us, above us, or outside of us. It IS us. It’s another version of ourselves that hides/holds all of our fears. It just wants to be acknowledge because it is in the darkness, that we find our biggest treasures.

What prompted it was when I first started doing my podcast and my healing business! Oowee, I was scared!
Cause like….”who am I? Why would anyone want to listen or see me?” I pushed through and it became a bigger success than I ever thought it would! Spirit loves to recognize your growth. Never did a moment go by that I wasn’t reminded of how far I’ve come and that I am the REAL deal. That I AM the juice. I AM what makes the work, work. Anyone can do what I do but, I do it different and that’s why people love me.

A lot of my imposter syndrome came from my inner child with ages 7, 11-14, 16-21. A variety of ages that I experienced imposter syndrome in some form. I had to let that inner child of me know that I am no longer that illusion that I once held for myself. That I KNOW who I AM. Never doubt who I am or what I do because I’ve worked to hard and seen to much to ever look let that illusion become a reality.

Also, having a strong support system helped when I wasn’t in winter (hermit mode). For they see me for who I AM and what I do. They help to give advice where needed and when to check me if I am self sabotaging. They hold me when I need it and give me space as well.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

On my journey as a Gridworker and Grim Reaper, I am passionately dedicated to catalyzing the eXpansion of the collective consciousness through the vibrant expression of my authentic self.

As a Grim Reaper, I specialize in navigating the profound transitions of life, both literal and energetic. My work focuses on ego dissolution, deep personal transformations, and end-of-life care. By creating sacred spaces and offering deep reflection on life’s journey, I honor the life lived and assist in the peaceful transition to the next realm. Reconnecting with your inner child, my work brings you back to the essence of purity and innocence, easing your ascension to the other side and offering deep, profound healing for your soul’s journey.

At the heart of my mission lies a captivating podcast, Xpansion With Ransom, a sanctuary where I intricately weave the threads of my spiritual odyssey, amplify the voices of local healers, and invite you to partake in transformative conversations that transcend the mundane. Recently, I’ve embarked into the realm of video episodes and vlogging, bringing forth an immersive experience that resonates with the soul.

Committed to fostering vibrant connections within my community, I orchestrate monthly wellness events across the city, weaving together threads of unity, inspiration, and transformation. It is within these sacred gatherings that I am able to engage deeply with the hearts and souls of those around me, igniting sparks of healing and empowerment that reverberate far and wide.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF!!! You can’t do anything if you aren’t honest about what you’re feeling, seeing, doing or whatever.

GET TO THE ROOT!!! Start asking yourself where you first started feeling this imposter syndrome. What was happening that made you start feeling low.

ALCHEMIZE!!! Start turning those low vybez into high vybez, into fuel for your passions, goals, pursuits.

BOOK A SESSION WITH RANSOM! I have a service called Soul Evolution that is focused just on this! Grief Alchemy is also a good option…..even Reiki Fusion too!

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?

Yes, I’m definitely open to partnering and collaborating! I’m looking to connect with:

Hospice and Palliative Care Providers: To offer extra emotional and spiritual support for those nearing the end of life and their families.

Grief Counselors and Therapists: To complement traditional therapy with intuitive counseling and energy work for people navigating grief.

Spiritual Healers and Practitioners: To co-create holistic healing experiences that blend different modalities for deep transformation.

Community Organizations and Support Groups: To provide workshops, talks, and group sessions focused on spiritual growth, ego transformation, and healing from loss.

If this aligns with what you do, I’d love to chat!
