Meet Red The Shooter

We were lucky to catch up with Red The Shooter recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Red, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
My work ethic comes from my grandmother and parents. At a very young age, I saw what it means to work hard for everything you want. I’m very thankful for my foundation and those who keep me grounded.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I am a storyteller that takes your perspective and turn it into a masterpiece. Being able to wake up everyday and do what you love has to be the coolest thing on earth. I am enjoying the journey and the willingness to learn and grow.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Faith, Determination, and Discipline. Faith is the substance of things hoped for. Determination to never give up and being discipline when motivation isn’t enough. My advice for anyone early in their journey is to keep learning and perfecting your craft. I’ve never stopped. Fall in love with the process, thats where all the memories are.

Looking back over the past 12 months or so, what do you think has been your biggest area of improvement or growth?
Being able to water and put myself/career first has been the biggest area of growth for me in the last 12 months. It’s okay to achieve your goals and block out the things that aren’t helping improve your life. Being able to block out all negatvinty, including fear, has been the highlight of my journey.
