We were lucky to catch up with Rejoice Anusi recently and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Rejoice , really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?
I found my purpose by paying attention to both my pain and my passion. I started noticing the things I constantly faced or felt deeply about, and I realized that purpose often hides in those areas we can’t seem to ignore.
I also paid attention to the problems that stirred something in me, the ones I naturally felt drawn to solve or improve. Over time, I noticed that when I saw something that didn’t sit right with me and I could envision a better way, that was usually a sign that I was meant to do something about it. That’s how I began to recognize my purpose, in the intersection between what breaks my heart, what fuels me, and what I can offer as a solution.”

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
Professionally, I wear a few creative hats, but everything I do is tied together by one goal — inspiring transformation through creativity and expression.
I run JoiceMedia, a creative agency that offers graphic design, mobile videography/video editing, and social media management services. What I love most about this work is helping brands and individuals tell their stories in visually compelling ways. From clean, thoughtful designs to engaging videos that truly connect with audiences.
Recently, I launched Joice Expressions, a creative brand where I design unique apparel and accessories available on TeePublic. The brand features a variety of designs from expressive, bold statements to motivational and aesthetic concepts which are all created to help people wear their confidence and individuality with pride.
I’m also the author of Victory Over Fear, a book that shares my personal journey of overcoming fear and stepping boldly into purpose. It’s a deeply personal project that continues to inspire others to face their fears and embrace who they were created to be.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Looking back, three things have been especially impactful in my journey is consistency, creativity, and faith.
Consistency taught me that growth takes time. Whether it was building JoiceMedia and Joice Expressions or writing my book, there were moments I didn’t feel like I was making progress but staying consistent, even in small ways, eventually produced results.
My advice to anyone starting out is to show up even when it feels slow. Every little effort compounds over time.
Creativity has been at the core of everything I do. It’s not just about design or visuals; it’s about thinking differently, finding new ways to solve problems, and allowing your uniqueness to shine through your work. To grow in creativity, expose yourself to different ideas, stay curious, and don’t be afraid to experiment because that’s where innovation happens.
And finally, faith has anchored me through every uncertainty. There were seasons I didn’t have it all figured out, but faith helped me trust that every step, even the confusing ones, was leading somewhere meaningful. My advice is to stay grounded spiritually and believe that your journey has purpose, even when the path isn’t clear yet.
In the end, success isn’t just about skill, it’s about who you’re becoming in the process. Stay consistent, stay creative, and stay rooted in faith.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
Absolutely! I’m always open to collaborating with like-minded creatives and business owners who are passionate about telling their story and making an impact. Specifically, I’m looking to connect with:
• Business owners, including small businesses, food businesses, fashion brands, and other industries, who are looking for visually appealing and creative content to showcase their products or services.
• Creative individuals and artists, such as actors, designers, and content creators, who are interested in collaborating on projects, campaigns, or designs that inspire and engage audiences.
• Nonprofit initiatives, where my skills in visual storytelling, video production, and content creation can help amplify their message and impact.
If you’re interested in collaborating, the easiest way to reach me is through my email [email protected] or via my social media Rejoice Anusi, for JoiceMedia- thejoicemedia or Joice Expressions- joice_expressions all on instagram.
