Meet Rev. Venus Castleberg

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Rev. Venus Castleberg. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Rev. Venus below.

Rev. Venus, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?

For a long time, I thought finding my purpose meant figuring out what I was supposed to do. I tried on a lot of roles, followed a lot of teachers, joined programs, earned certifications—thinking that would be the thing that finally gave me clarity. And while each step taught me something, the truth is… I was always looking outside of myself for what could only be found within.

Then came that moment—when everything in my life seemed to be going backwards. Nothing I was doing was working anymore. None of the hard work was paying off. I felt like a rudderless boat in a storm about to capsize, looking for the answers outside of me… until I realized they were not out there somewhere. What I had been seeking was in me all along.

I began to notice what brought me joy. Not the big achievements, but the quiet moments—sitting with a client and watching their light turn back on, walking in nature, laughing deeply, connecting soul-to-soul with someone. I realized I didn’t need to find my purpose… I had been living it all along.

The purpose of life, for me, is to be me—fully, truly—and to enjoy every moment of it. That’s it. To be the light, which naturally invites others to remember their light too.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I’m Rev. Venus, and I’m known as The Home Whisperer. My path into this work wasn’t one I planned—or even wanted at first. When I turned 30, everything in my life changed. I became a psychic medium, and it was not something I asked for. In fact, I resisted it and tried to ignore it. I didn’t want this new gift, and for years I tried to push it away and live the “normal” life I thought I was supposed to have.

But the more I resisted, the heavier everything became. I started to feel depressed. Deep down, I knew it was because I was turning away from my new found abilities. The moment I finally accepted my gifts, everything began to shift. I discovered my capacity to clear homes and land, to restore flow where energy had become stagnant or dense. From that awareness, I created what’s now known as the Vibrational Flow System—a multidimensional way of clearing and harmonizing energy in homes and land.

Today, I work with real estate agents to help “stuck” properties move again—energetically and physically. When we clear the unseen, the visible begins to shift too. What I love most about this work is watching places come back to life. It’s not about fixing; it’s about remembering, releasing, and returning to flow.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Looking back, the three things that shaped my journey the most have been trust, awareness, and gratitude.

Trust was one of the hardest things for me to embrace, but it changed everything. I had to learn to trust my inner knowing, my gifts, the timing of things—even when nothing made sense on the outside. For anyone just starting out, I’d say: trust what you know. Even if it’s unfamiliar or others don’t understand it, trust it anyway. That trust will lead you to the magic and miracles of life.

Awareness opened up a whole new world. Once I really began paying attention, I noticed how much I was already sensing—through my body, my energy, my environment. It was all speaking to me, I just hadn’t been listening. Awareness starts with presence. Slow down. Ask questions. Let yourself notice the subtle.

And gratitude… it’s become the foundation of how I live. I’ve learned to be grateful for everything—even the messy, uncomfortable, or uncertain parts. Every moment is a gift. Every challenge has brought me closer to who I really am. When you start to truly appreciate this moment, just as it is, something shifts. Gratitude will expand your whole experience of life.

What has been your biggest area of growth or improvement in the past 12 months?

Over the past 12 months, my biggest area of growth has been learning to fully let go of the idea that what I’m doing has to look like what anyone else is doing. I had to stop trying to fit into other people’s templates or follow their formulas for success. I realized I was trying to duplicate other people’s paths instead of trusting my own.

It’s been a journey of embracing how different I am—and letting that be my gift, not something to hide. I’ve always known I was a little “out there,” and instead of resisting it, I’ve started celebrating it. The more I choose to just be me, the more aligned everything feels and the more magical life actually is.
