Rex, thanks for taking the time to share your lessons with our community today. So, let’s jump right in – one of the most essential skills for unlocking our potential is self-discipline. Where does your self-discipline come from?
My self discipline comes from my unmatched uncanny self belief built TuFF and forged in “Conquer All” over the last 141 weeks consecutively training my body, mind, souls and spirit along with training others that wish to tap into their Ultimate Self Powers!

I am a professional level athlete in the USA -American and International Sport of Track&Field. I recently competed in the 2023 USA Track&Field Indoor Championships and finished the highest I have ever placed at a USA Championship, earning 7th in Albuquerque New Mexico! I am actively looking for sponsors in this non revenue sport so please contact me if you wish to support, every bit helps people’s champions like me!

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
1. Pure Perseverance of Self
