Meet Riama Radhe

We recently connected with Riama Radhe and have shared our conversation below.

Riama, thank you so much for joining us and offering your lessons and wisdom for our readers. One of the things we most admire about you is your generosity and so we’d love if you could talk to us about where you think your generosity comes from.

As a little girl I spent majority of time with grandmother, she was quite a charismatic and full woman. Witnessing her fun-loving, open heart and deep rooted integrity, I quickly saw how when one shows up to any environment we can make an impact. Whether it’s church, charitable events, or simply doing the right thing in a crowded environment- she was a force and her presence was largely felt by all. She often said “you either love me or hate me, there’s no in between, but people will always remember the way I made them feel.” This statement has guided my path immensely in my travels far across the ocean in cultures and lands entirely different than the ‘cozy comforts’ of America – I find myself leaning in to being of service in any situation I can, I am aware of the flow of the universal laws and there is something to giving away what you have as a sign to Spirit that you trust there will always be more and that we shall be provided for, often in more aligned ways than we can mentally conspire. It is easy to smile, to take a moment of the day to brighten another’s, and to genuinely care about the wellbeing of humanity. We do make a difference and it starts with grace and gratitude.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

The journey to the outer reflecting the inner is a beautiful process of self-love, acceptance and seeking truth in self expression. I have always had a connection to esoteric knowledge and seeking the unpaved path, or one that seems forgotten. Being raised in a religious and spiritual household where my grandmother was giving psychic training lessons without me knowing; it was but strengthening my inner sight, and intuition- a sense of the Holy Spirit, Great Mother essence. I traveled a lot as a kid and was often invited with friends families to amazing places, taking on a confidence and maturity that I feel very much shaped me. As I chose to become a cosmetologist at 18 years old, I saw much more than just doing hair, but an opportunity to engage in the inner world of clients confidence and self love – which does still come from a sense of outer appearance being beautiful while I could aid them in talking about where they were still possibly unengaged internally and that it takes processing emotions and experiences to see the whole Self radiantly. I studied gnostic texts, AstroTheology, yoga philosophy and really began to have new language blooming within that was layering my offerings. I began pairing astrology & color theory and saw my business expand outside a salons walls. I went to yoga school in San Francisco and a trip to india in 2015 where a sense of my purpose took shape and my soul felt at home in the Sanskrit mantras and beauty in the ceremonies and rituals. Rituals have always been a magical language of elemental alchemy that mesmerizes me. Deepening in to the study of Ayurveda, I really saw my dharma unlock – being able to assist clients into their bodies, mind and spirit in a whole new lense. The art of moving the body with the seasons, coloring one’s home to feel like themselves a sanctuary internal reflected in the environment. I had moved many times over the years seeing how to apply my knowledge in different groups and cities, from New York to Hawaii – it applies everywhere jsit in a different flavor. In 2021, some of my closest friends and I created a conscious production concierge company to design, decorate the and build altars at events and festivals- seeing this as a perfect opportunity to share all the talents and skills honed in over the past ten years. Seeing how moved people were by the sacred spaces we created, and the depth of introspection they received in these workshops and events I felt a sense of true passion ignite. Being moved by ancient technology, elixirs and experience in stewarding these forces it has shaped my offerings of today – I became an Ayurvedic Doula. Realizing the deep initiation that happens when we are incubating ideas, life, death and everything in between, it was clear to be a guardian in this time space. Being trusted at such an intimate moment in a family’s journey and a woman evolving in every cell to grow life – I find the privilege to protect and advocate for the well being of humanity in these precious moments. I am currently working on a very special elixir that will be launched in spring. Between my soul doula offerings and this amazing healing work I find myself charge to continue saying yes to life and studying further ways to assist this great awakening taking place on earth right now. Traveling to different countries for retreats, working 1:1, and co-creating events I am overjoyed to continue ‘Altaring Everiithing & Activating Everiione’.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Intention, Integrity and Gratitude.
Having intention with how you move, how you do the little tasks, how can we invite celebration and ceremony daily !?
Integrity is key. Know who you are and as its being dis-covered give yourself patience, innerstanding, bring the confidence of your ancestors to your breath. Know that you matter, you do make a difference jsit by being alive and showing up. Be open to flexibility and inviting the guidance of Spirit to move and show you life’s secret enchanting moments.
Gratitude. For what you have, in knowing that you must give energy to what you wish to create more of, and give to others- a smile, a hug, a cup of coffee, nourish others. It’s so simple to be greatfull, to acknowledge the great privilege it is to be alive and well. Move thru the self-sabotage patterns and become the leader of your wellbeing, you are worth it !!

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?

Collaboration and cocreating the reality we wish to harness is key. I am always impressed when I meet souls who are living their talk, doing the inner work and able to ask for assistance, advice and support. The sooner we accept that we are all connected I do full hearted believe that we will have more abundance, the earth ripples this and so does the technology of the universe. The law of structure helps manifest and magnetize those whose work we may be inspired by and who could be impacted by our presence. I hope to meet and connect with people who are in the holistic, wellness movement. Athletes, executives and other individuals who have open minds and willingness to step into their power.
