Meet Ricardo & Desiree Jaimes

We were lucky to catch up with Ricardo & Desiree Jaimes recently and have shared our conversation below.

Ricardo & Desiree, looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?

As a small business owner, I’ve gained my worth ethic from my father in whom was always a hard worker to provide for his family, that passed down to me. I strive for the best for my family and my clients.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

We are Jaimes Landscape & Design LLC.

We are a small family business in which specializes in Landscape & Hardscape Installations.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

I would say Strength, Dignity, Hard work.

Never give up on your vision, show up each day as it’s your last, give it your all, and strive to become greater each day. There’s a million people running businesses what separates you will be how you show up each day and give it your best. It’s gotta be in you and not on you. Always Under promise over deliver. Your clients are your family.

What was the most impactful thing your parents did for you?

My parents provided me with a safe and healthy home and family growing up, they provide me and my family with the most support on a daily basis, and are always encouraging and supportive of my small business.
