We were lucky to catch up with Riccardo Alessandrin Ricky305 recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Riccardo Alessandrin, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?

I take this resilience both as a life experience that I lived very hard, but above all since I returned from the hospital, in a very negative period of my life, but after that experience I learned to live life all the time as if it was the last day and make Difference with the my music in worldwide

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I’m Riccardo Alessandrin but in art name “Ricky305”, I bofn in Mestre, (Venice, Italy) in 04/08/1994 , now I living in Spinea (Venice, Italy)
This passion began when I went to school, unfortunately I have always been a victim of bullying which is a really serious problem nowadays, but thanks also to Pitbull’s music who for me is truly a teacher and an inspiration for me and also all young people like me. I decided to make a contribution or rather a memory when I will no longer be around with the music I make
Fundamentally, I make music and then publish it on my YouTube channel and YouTube Music “Ricky305 Channel”, I started right at school and then this passion grew more and more.
My first “album” is “Universal 305” which is a collection of singles made in 2016/2017, then “Lucky Party” arrived in the following year, an album full of sounds. Then there is “Revolution” an album with different sounds from each other.
In the dramatic period of COVID-19, I made “Paradise Mundo (Album)” an album that for me and I hope for many helped to overcome that terrible period of the pandemic.
The following year it was the turn of “Clean Vision Album” the first very big album with very different sounds.
In 2022 I released my “I Am Back (Album)” an album that recounts the terrible time I experienced when I was hospitalized for a serious infection.
Then last year I released the “Make Difference (Album)” a very different album which I hope will make a difference in people’s lives. I anticipate that two albums will arrive next year, one with the name “Unreleased Vol. 1 (Album)” and the first album entirely in Spanish “Que Sigue La Fiesta (Album)” Another I have making most remixes of the songs of Pitbull, Chesca (for me the best female artist in worldwide) , Flo Rida, I AmChino, and I have ya two collabs with the my friend Tropic Tentacles .
The music Is no profit but I Hope that help most people in Worldwide by negative into positive moment.
I tell ever that the success it’s important but only with hard work, sacrifice , preseverance to arrivate at success. Also If you Not arrivate at success it’s a motivation in most for again hard work and in positive!
In next week I will available the my new single “La Fiesta” first Summer song but also first single of the my first Spanish album “Que Sigue La Fiesta” that will available next year.
Next month for the 3° Year there’ll be the my “Summer Party With Ricky305” event No profit but only with most music. That this Moment it’s really fondamental and I Hope that can change mentalty that the Wars Is only DISTRUCTION and DEAD.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

I looking back, the my three fondemental skills are the hard work (that also on my Job I most working hard for the a great work), preseverance and most sacrifice that in today I’m a (warshouse man) as on music with most grit and humble.
I tell at all you that I wanted starting of Travel on music also all passions in you, it’s working hard, preseverance ever also If failure that is a motivation for making again most good, and to be ever humble also when you arrivated at success

The my family, the my friends/colleages, and the music of Pitbull that for me Is a teacher and a Ispiration for me that has change and save in my Life. Also all that follow me in everyday that they Have believe in me in all this years Thank you in all
