Richard, thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights and lessons with us today. We’re particularly interested in hearing about how you became such a resilient person. Where do you get your resilience from?
Honestly it may sound cliché, but it all comes from my mother and grandmother. Coming from Laurel Mississippi, developing a family, becoming a doctor, a home owner of more than one house in her life time and traveling the world is true success for a black women born in the 1920’s. For a man the same but she was a women! My mother had the same strength and determination. Resilience was bread into me!

Life is exciting! Everyday is the beginning of the rest of your life. I life by that model! Traveling the world as an entertainer lead me to see some the world most extravagant places. Performing in London, Manchester, Ottawa Canada and more places in the US than I can count keeps music exciting! I now mostly work on movie soundtrack opportunities and other sync deals. It keep my blood pumping lol!
In the world of brokerage, distribution and marketing I am proud to announce our new an exciting partnership with Loco Food Distribution! Over the past few month we have sold tons of products and created new distribution deals for True Legacy Vodka, a premium vodka supported by the legendary Snoop Dogg as well as Bluestone Manor Bourbon from The Real Housewife of New York own Dorinda Medley! Both brands created by Spirits Lab in Hudson Valley New York. We also signed 2 other Spirits Lab Bourbons and a Brazilian Rum!
I’m excited for our new and long term Colorado Proud brands like that are now on a national platform Moodify Food, Green Belly Foods, MOR Kombucha with KeHE our preferred national distribution partner! Congrats to KeHE as well on their new Kroger agreement! Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Transparency, Integrity and Gratitude will help you create long term business and friends! It’s always about who you become. Use those three things to grow righteously!

Again cliché, but the Bible says it all. Each word written in any powerful book or novel was reveled in some part of the Bible if it has validity!
