Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Rick Davy. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Rick , we’ve been so fortunate to work with so many incredible folks and one common thread we have seen is that those who have built amazing lives for themselves are also often the folks who are most generous. Where do you think your generosity comes from?
My understanding of the needs and struggles of others, inspires me to live a generous life, it is part of my mission to sustain my positive outlook of having abundance compel me to be generous and I have a strong sense of empathy.
Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
The three areas of why I do and continue to do what I do are as follows, but most of all is because I love what I do
Curiosity: Curiosity is fundamental for continuous learning and growth. It drives exploration, inquiry, and discovery.
Resilience: Challenges and setbacks are inevitable on any journey. Resilience is the ability to adapt, bounce back from adversity, and persevere in the face of obstacles.
Critical Thinking: Critical thinking involves analyzing information, evaluating evidence, and making reasoned judgments. In today’s complex and rapidly changing world, the ability to think critically is crucial for making informed decisions, solving problems, and navigating through uncertainty.
