Meet Rina Katz

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Rina Katz. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Rina below.

Rina , we’ve been so fortunate to work with so many incredible folks and one common thread we have seen is that those who have built amazing lives for themselves are also often the folks who are most generous. Where do you think your generosity comes from?

My generosity comes from understanding that we are all interconnected in ways we may not fully understand. I believe when I help someone else, I help myself and vice versa.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I help busy entrepreneurs—exhausted from running on coffee and sheer will—heal themselves from burnout and chronic illness and reclaim vitality. I’m an energy healer with a Master’s from Harvard, and I’ve guided over 100 people back to waking rested, thinking clearly, and having the energy to lead their business—and actually love their life again.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

1. Learning and studying lots of modalities from quantum energy and energy medicine to somatic work and nature.
2. Being curious and always looking to learn
3. Having a spiritual awakening the day before my mother died

My advice to anyone early on their healing journey would be to work on yourself first, do not compare yourself to others and keep your own energy free and clear.

As we end our chat, is there a book you can leave people with that’s been meaningful to you and your development?

Carolyn Myss’s book Why People Don’t Heal has been very helpful in understanding the power of limiting beliefs and that no one can be healed if they do not believe they can. Charts linking disease states to chakras is also very useful as well as ways to grow and evolve past limitations.
