We were lucky to catch up with Robert Nikovic recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Robert, appreciate you sitting with us today. Maybe we can start with a topic that we care deeply about because it’s something we’ve found really sets folks apart and can make all the difference in whether someone reaches their goals. Self discipline seems to have an outsized impact on how someone’s life plays out and so we’d love to hear about how you developed yours?

my self-discipline comes from a life made with a goal, at 16 I left home to play football in professional teams and my routine was only training, I have always had the mentality that if you want something there is no time to lose and that if you do nothing everything stays the same and this motivates me and makes me have discipline

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

the agency started from scratch and in a year and 4 months it had incredible success, it all started from the fact that I don’t like having bosses so working for someone wasn’t for me and so I opened my own football agency and all At the beginning I worked all day to make it grow and it was worth it because after only 3 months the first important professional and economic results began. I have reached the level of meeting world famous footballers such as Brahim Diaz of Real Madrid, David Silva former Manchester City Legend etc…., all this started with a vision

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

the qualities that brought me to these results are simply speed of acting, if I have an idea that brings me results I act immediately if it goes wrong I have always learned something so you never lose, you need speed in life if you want results, and a the important thing is not to follow the patterns, if you follow rules and patterns you will never get results in anything. open your mind and think as if you command the world

Tell us what your ideal client would be like?

my ideal client are footballers who want to become great players and are not afraid to take risks.
