Meet Robert Wright

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Robert Wright. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Robert, so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.
Confidence and self-esteem often grow through embracing challenges, learning from experiences, and recognizing your strengths. It’s a journey of self-discovery and self-acceptance. I learned through everything I went through. Loss, failures, and even success. It allowed me to become a better me and allowed me to build my confidence and self-esteem.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I wear many hats professionally! As a podcast host, I bring engaging conversations to life. As a wedding officiant, I unite couples on their special day (Over 750 couples to this date) , and in my role as a business consultant, I guide organizations toward success through strategic insights.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Reflecting on my journey, adaptability, continuous learning, and building meaningful connections were pivotal. My advice: Embrace change, never stop learning, and cultivate genuine relationships—they’ll be your pillars of strength.

What has been your biggest area of growth or improvement in the past 12 months?
In the past year, my ability to navigate complex situations and provide nuanced responses has seen significant growth. It’s a testament to the power of continuous learning and adapting to new challenges.
