Hi Rochelle , thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
Im just a girl from Gary, Indiana, who decided I would not allow my environment to dictate nor detour my destiny.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I am called to curate. God has blessed me in such a way that i have created businesses from the gifts I was born with; I am visiual person. What i saw was a need for small businesses to have the same resources that large corporations have without breaking the bank. I started a marketing business while I was doing business in media. The publication opened a door that connected me to people who needed these services and I would assist them. I just believe we all can win, I refuse to be a gatekeeper of information that can help othera grow.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Three qualities that that have been: resilience, remaining a student and being humble.

You quit a thousand times and so many odds are stacked against you but busting down those doors with consistency and resilience will earn the respect from the people. Once they respect you enough then they will trust you to build with them.

Okay, so before we go, is there anyone you’d like to shoutout for the role they’ve played in helping you develop the essential skills or overcome challenges along the way?
God. Theres not one human i can think of but God. Thru it all he has been my source. I consult with him daily. I remember being told i couldnt do God and business well I cant have a business without God.
