Hi Rodel, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
I got my work ethic from my mother and father always to never give up and to always follow my dreams no matter what

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

To close, maybe we can chat about your parents and what they did that was particularly impactful for you?
The most very impactful thing my parents did for me was when they both work super hard hard to put a roof over my head, clothing, and food on the table when I was 24 years old I lost both of.My parents three months apart my father of a massive heart attack and then my mother of an ovarion cancer. They showed me great work ethics not to be afraid of anything to take a risk and always believe in myself
