Hi Rodolfo, thank you for being such a positive, uplifting person. We’ve noticed that so many of the successful folks we’ve had the good fortune of connecting with have high levels of optimism and so we’d love to hear about your optimism and where you think it comes from.
My upbringing has definitely played a significant role in shaping my optimism.

I was raised by parents who instilled in me the belief that with hard work, perseverance, and a clear sense of purpose, one can overcome almost any hurdle. The unwavering support form my family, friends and mentors coupled with the lessons learned from my journey have cultivated an innate optimism that drives me to keep pushing forward, even in the face of uncertainty.

The truth is I’ve encountered my fair share of hardships. Yet, it is precisely these moments of adversity that have taught me that every obstacle presents an opportunity for growth.

Remember: if you ever find yourself in a place or surrounded by people who are causing you harm (whether they know it or not) get away from that place or situation. Surround yourself with people who have your best interest at heart and you’ll quickly find how optimism becomes more easy to hold on to. <- THIS may be the biggest advice

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I’m deeply immersed in the dynamic intersection of real estate and technology. I founded Replay Listings, a platform dedicated to revolutionizing the real estate industry by introducing transparency and innovation. What sets us apart is our commitment to providing accurate, unedited video listings, giving users an authentic view of their potential future homes.

What’s most exciting is the impact we’re making on the real estate landscape. We’re constantly exploring new technologies like augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) to enhance user experiences. Plus, we have ambitious plans for expansion, aiming to bring our platform’s benefits to more cities and countries. It’s a thrilling journey, and I’m excited to see where it takes us next.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
In my journey, three qualities that have been immensely impactful are adaptability, resilience, and a relentless pursuit of knowledge. In the ever-evolving real estate and technology industries, adaptability is key. Being open to change and continuously learning has allowed me to pivot and embrace new opportunities. Resilience has been crucial in facing setbacks, learning from them, and bouncing back stronger. Lastly, the thirst for knowledge has driven me to stay ahead of the curve.

My advice to those starting their journey is to cultivate adaptability, build resilience, and never stop learning. Be open to change, view challenges as stepping stones, and stay curious (or continuously acquire new skillsets!)
