Meet Ronit Menashe + Vida Delrahim

We were lucky to catch up with Ronit Menashe + Vida Delrahim recently and have shared our conversation below.

Ronit Menashe, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.

Vida:
My purpose found me the moment I heard the words, “I’m sorry, there’s no heartbeat.” Twice. After two pregnancy losses, I was angry, heartbroken, and looking for answers no one seemed to have. The real turning point came when my best friend Ronit miscarried a week apart and uncovered the research that up to 50% of miscarriage risk is linked to male-factor issues—something no doctor had ever mentioned. That realization changed everything. We knew we had to do something. We met at Whole Foods, opened a Google Doc, and started what would become WeNatal—a brand rooted in preparation, partnership, and rewriting the fertility script. My purpose is now crystal clear: help couples feel informed, empowered, and supported on their path to parenthood.

Ronit:
Similar to Vida, my purpose was born out of heartbreak. I’d done everything “right”—clean eating, acupuncture, non-toxic living, functional prenatals. And yet, at my 12-week ultrasound, I heard silence. I was told I was “just too old” and sent home with no next steps. That didn’t sit right. So I went into research mode and uncovered the truth no one was talking about: male health plays a massive role in fertility outcomes. I built a protocol for my husband, and three months later, I was pregnant again—naturally, at 42. That experience—and losing a pregnancy the same week Vida did—lit a fire in me. WeNatal became our answer. Now, I get daily messages, DMs, and emails from couples saying, “We couldn’t have done it without you,” and I know we’re living our purpose every day.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

Vida:
WeNatal is not just a supplement brand—it’s a cultural shift. We’re the first prenatal company designed for both partners, rooted in science and functional medicine. We’re obsessed with clean ingredients, bioavailability, and education. What makes us different? We’re helping people get pregnant by preparing both partners with nutrients that actually move the needle. My favorite part? When a customer sends us their lab results or a baby photo and says, “We did it together.” That’s the power of WeNatal.
This year, we’ve expanded beyond prenatals. We launched Egg Quality +, a fertility-focused antioxidant formula, and Rest + Digest, our four-form magnesium blend to support sleep and digestion.

Ronit:
I co-founded WeNatal with my best friend to flip the fertility conversation from fear-based to empowering. We’re helping couples shift their mindset from “something’s wrong with me” to “how can we prepare better together?” That three-month window before conception is where the magic happens—and that’s where we come in.
We’re not just selling supplements; we’re building a movement. We’re seeing real results—improved sperm counts, balanced hormones, and yes, babies that were once thought impossible.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Vida:
Resilience: After each loss, I gave myself time to grieve—but I never stopped searching for answers.
Execution: My background at Nike taught me how to plan and launch at scale. We brought that same rigor to WeNatal—no shortcuts.
Partnership: Ronit and I balance each other. I think in systems, she thinks in story. My advice? Surround yourself with people who see the world differently.
Also—don’t wait to “feel ready.” Start with what you know and build from there. Passion + persistence = purpose.

Ronit:
Curiosity: I refused to accept “it’s just your age” as an answer. Curiosity led me to science, and science led to solutions.
Empathy: We built WeNatal to help the version of ourselves who felt lost, isolated, and dismissed. Leading from that place keeps us rooted in service.
Storytelling: Real change happens when people connect with stories. That’s how we’re changing hearts and minds.
For anyone just starting: follow your frustration. What makes you angry might be your mission. Then do the deep work to back it up with research and action.

Alright, so before we go we want to ask you to take a moment to reflect and share what you think you would do if you somehow knew you only had a decade of life left?

Vida:
I’d spend every moment soaking up time with my kids and husband, traveling to places that light up our souls. I’d keep building WeNatal—not just as a company, but as a legacy. I’d host dinner parties, make memories with my family, and remind the people I love how much they mean to me—every single day.

Ronit:
I’d double down on connection. More long walks with my daughters. More late-night laughter with friends. More community gatherings. I’d keep growing WeNatal because it’s changing lives—but I’d do it with even more presence and intention. And I’d say yes to every opportunity to make someone feel seen, loved, and empowered.
