We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Rose Moore a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Rose, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.

I discovered my purpose when I realized that transformation is a form of strength. Every challenge, every shift in my life, pushed me into a new version of myself. And I learned that you don’t have to be the final version of who you’re becoming to create something meaningful, you just must be willing to evolve. That’s the heartbeat of my show, Metamorphosis: embracing change as a powerful, beautiful part of growth.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I’m a Memphis native and the designer behind B Fierce & Chic. I’m thrilled to be presenting our 2nd Annual Fashion Show, Metamorphosis, on April 12, 2026. This collection embodies the brand’s mission of timeless glamour with a modern edge. Each look is dramatic yet wearable, featuring sculptural silhouettes and luxurious fabrics that capture attention while feeling effortless. What excites me most about this show is the runway experience itself. Every piece is designed to spark conversation and showcase fashion as both art and self-expression, with intricate details, unexpected textures, and bold finishes that bring the collection to life. Professionally, my focus with B Fierce & Chic is building a brand that celebrates originality, confidence, and creativity. With the 2nd annual show, I want to continue sharing my vision, highlight what sets my designs apart, and give attendees an unforgettable experience

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Looking back, the three things that were most impactful in my journey are building a strong team, perseverance, and adaptability.

Building a Strong Team – Success requires the right people. Learn to identify strengths, delegate, communicate your vision, and create a supportive environment. Team-building improves with practice and intentional effort.

Perseverance – Challenges are inevitable. Stay committed by setting small goals, reflecting on progress, and treating failures as learning opportunities.

Adaptability – Pivot when circumstances change. Embrace feedback, try new approaches, and see unexpected challenges as chances to innovate.

Advice for early-stage individuals:
Invest in relationships as much as skills. Build your team thoughtfully, stay persistent when things get tough, and remain open to change. These three together create a foundation for long-term growth and impact.
